As a proud Accor Gold Member, I have stayed at many properties, but Noah’s exceptional hospitality truly stood out during my recent stay.I had been struggling severely with jet lag and unfortunately could not sleep well for the last two days due to nearby construction noise. However, Noah’s warm personality and genuinely caring attitude completely turned my experience around. He communicated with incredible warmth, patience, and fluent English, which made everything so seamless. His uplifting service significantly reduced my stress during a difficult, exhausting couple of days.It is because of dedicated professionals like Noah that I plan to proudly maintain my Accor Gold status and keep returning to Accor properties. He provided excellent assistance with arranging my subway ticket and made sure everything went smoothly.His friendly attitude and dedication made my stay much more enjoyable.     The location was top tier. I wanted to visit the casino. Make sure you have your passport or they won’t allow entry. Not a lot of table. Mostly baccarat & a few roulettes & black jack!I was able to eat some small bites at the premier lunge. The buffalo shrimp were amazing. Unfortunately they closed early on a Friday which I found odd. 2100 was last call for food. No cocktail drink options!Staff was friendly. Bed was very comfortable & room temperature & cleanliness was really good!I did not like the pool. It was indoor and very basic as if I wanted to swimLaps for training. Not a vibe at all!! It won’t let me add photos. Of course!!     Easy access from Incheon airport. Hotel at a convenient location. 5 minutes walk from Yongsan station. Easy to go any popular spots. Helpful staffs. Quiet room.
