    Central location but space is tight

    We stayed in a triple in June 2025. The best thing about the hotel is undoubtedly its central location with subway stations and attractions such as Gyeongbokgung Palace nearby.The downside was the room. While clean and contemporary, it was tight for three and there was little storage (drawers, etc.). You do have a nice views of high-rises since you are on 9th floor and up. But more storage for the week-long stay would have been helpful.

    My Millennial son and I stayed at this hotel during our 10 day visit to Seoul. My number one concern for a hotel when visiting a foreign country is location…and the location of this hotel cannot be beat. We walked everywhere, or took the metro, which was conveniently located. The hotel is close to lots of shopping and food choices.The room was very clean and comfortable ( though small compared to hotels in the US), with a great shower and good beds…which are my prime concerns. Inexplicably, you cannot get CNN on the television (given the times, I did want to stay informed). Housekeeping did a great job, and there were fresh water bottles every day. The coffee in the room, to me, was not drinkable, but there is a Starbucks right outside the building, and lots of coffee options nearby. We did not have breakfast at the hotel, as our tours left early in the am, but we did go to the bar/lounge a few times. The offerings there are limited, and it does not open until 6:00pm, even on weekends. I would have preferred a restaurant where you could have a full dinner (thus not a 5 star rating) but we enjoyed the wine and beer and light eats.All in all we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel, particularly based on its location

    The breakfast is very good. Staff is nice. No room service. Dinner offerings are not good - warmed up frozen food. They clearly do not use bleach on their bed sheets so they smell musty. Basically you have to sleep on someone else’s sweat and mildew buildup. Gross.

    Pros: location, easy access for major tourist attractions, abundant food options near byCons: room is too small and lack of amenities for family. No complimentary not even toothbrush in the room. I would think you would get better for the price you pay

    No aircon from 11pm

    Not recommend. Not value for money. 1. They turn off the aircon from 11pm and you wake up in the morning sweating! They will tell you this at check-in and you can request for a small electric fan.2. Bath towels smell so bad. I thought it was a bad batch and maybe tomorrow’s towel will smell better. Same, it smelled bad!3. Phone in the room is not working.4. Safe is not working.The only good thing with this hotel is the location.
