  Perfect location across the street from COEX Mall. Exit number 7 takes you from the metro station to close to the hotel entrance. The hotel is clean and well appointed. Great friendly and efficient service.Our room was spacious and meticulously clean. We stayed in Shilla in Gangnam as well as in Busan. Very similar decor both places but we love the convenience of the location and amenities.Definitely would stay there again!

  Disappointed !!!

  Very very noisy !!! 12 th floor room , might as well have been on 1st floor as noise is incredible . I don’t think this hotel ever heard of triple glazing ! I would not recommend to anyone . Room tiny as well , I am very disappointed . Haven’t tried breakfast yet as only just arrived but nothing can make up for a noisy room

  The place is very accessible. The Samseong train station is only 200m away. The Hyundai Mall, Parnas Mall, and COEX center are all within walking distance. Train travel to Lotte Mall/Park takes only 14 minutes. There are numerous restaurants in the area. Although the room is organized, I don't think it's that spacious but I enjoy the services and amenities. The employees are courteous and welcoming. There are many distinct choices at the breakfast buffet.This is the perfect choice for you if you're seeking for a place to stay in Korea that isn't as busy as Myeongdong!

  I chose this hotel for its proximity to Starfield mall and Samseong subway station. Other than that, it was disappointing. The main grouse is the lack of English fluency with the staff. I can even excuse that as this is a Korean brand hotel chain but generally the staff are unfriendly and frosty. My request for extra pillows was a gruff denial. It could have been denied in a gentler manner. The room decor was modern and layout acceptable. However be warned that many rooms have a view of a massive construction site. I checked in thrice and was given this unsightly view twice. My other grouse is only paper cups are provided and no spoons were given. I would rather they don’t replenish the bathroom amenity kits daily than expect guests to repeatedly wash paper cups! The L’occitane toiletries were nice however. I can somehow accept this standard practice as Lotte hotels provide the same disposable cups but on many days, they were not replenished and I had to request for new cups a few times during my 9 night stay. If this were done for green reasons, then it’s misguided as each cup is wrapped in plastic!

  NO AIR CONDITIONING IN THE ROOMS IN APRIL

  The air conditioning was turned off in all the rooms while I was there in mid April. My room got up to 27.5 degrees C. I complained to the manager in the morning and she said I could have asked for a fan. I got in late and had no idea that the air conditioning for the rooms had been turned off. She also said it was cold outside, so no need for air. It was cool outside (about 60 degrees F), however, the hallways and the lobby were nice and cool. It's just unbelievable that hotels in Asia do this to save a few pennies and to make their guests miserable. I asked for a full refund for both of the rooms I booked. This was a total of about $450.00.00 for just 2 standard, marginal rooms with no view, no air, and nothing special.The rooms are small and the windows are covered with a film that prevents looking outside. I have no idea why they do this.I would suggest avoiding this hotel at all costs if you want to have a decent night's sleep in an air conditioned room.
