    My experience at Shilla Stay Hotel Seocho was absolutely fantastic. The hotel boasts a modern, clean, and relaxing atmosphere, with a stunning panoramic city view visible from the higher floors.The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a plentiful and delicious variety of both Western and Korean options to kick-start the day. The in-room amenities were comfortable and well-appointed, and the gym facilities were equally impressive.A special thanks to Jordan Lee at the front desk. When we accidentally missed our KTX train to Busan, Jordan went above and beyond to help us find alternative transportation options. His patience and proactive assistance turned a stressful situation into a seamless experience.Overall, a wonderful stay with exceptional service. I highly recommend Shilla Stay Hotel Seocho to anyone visiting Seoul!

    Shilla Stay is a brand of Shilla Hotel, presenting the good value for money.As it is operated by Shilla Hotel, the quality standard of staffs for guest service is good.Considering its room rate, the size of the guest room and facilities, it is similar to Aloft Hotel of Marriott Group.Shilla Stay Seocho is located in Gangnam, about 10-minute walk from Subway Station.There is a Airport Limousine Bus which is good point.1. Guest room: On weekends, there are many room guests and there can be long waiting for the elevators. I recommend lower floors.2. Dining: I enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Egg and noodle stations are good. Self-Ramen is interesting. The interesting service is Delivery Food Room Delivery Service.3. Facilities Meeting RoomBusiness Corner (24 hours)Fitness (6F, 06:00 - 23:00): Shoes and sportswear must brought by individuals.4. Parking: 1 vehicle per room and 5000 KRW per night. (Car elevator): The staff from the parking is very kind and helpful.

    Here's my summary after a 10-day stay in a standard room on the 21st floor:Positives:- modern and clean room- very nice breakfast buffet with a good selection of Asian and Western offerings. - friendly staff that speaks good English- convenient location near restaurants, coffee shops, public transportation, etc.- nice bathroom and showerNegatives:- room is small with no easy chair; only a desk, desk chair and a bench seat.- I was unable to adjust the air conditioning temperature- no safe in the room- no chest of drawers for clothing- no international cable TV programs, nearly everything is Korean- internet very slow- furniture in the lobby area is quite worn and needs replacing- with only three elevators there can be a long wait during busy times

    아침에 일어나 보니 베고 잔 베개 커버에 곰팡이가 있었습니다. 얼굴을 대고 자는 베개에 곰팡이라니... 손님을 받기 전 호텔에서 기본적인 청결 체크와 관리를 하고 있는 건지 의심이 드네요. 청결한 침구류 제공은 호텔의 가장 기본적인 첫번째 의무이자 관리 대상이 아닌가요? 삼류 모텔이나 여관도 아니고 신라스테이에서 곰팡이 베개라니 신라라는 이름에 먹칠하는 행위이고 정말 실망이라 다시는 가고 싶지 않습니다. When I woke up in the morning, there was mold on the pillow cover that I slept on. The hotel provided me with moldy pillows. I doubt whether the hotel is performing basic cleanliness checks and management.Isn't providing clean bedding the hotel's most basic first duty and subject to care? Shilla Stay is not even a third-rate motel or inn, but to provide a mold pillow to customer is an act that blames the name of Shilla, and I don't want to visit again due to real disappointment.
