    Compact room. Well lit. Shampoo, conditioner, body detail, body lotion. Shower, cap, comb, Q-tips, toothbrush, toothpaste. Shower only. Annoying entryway, automatic, light, iron and board mini fridge teapot. In room safe. Robes and slippers. small fitness room one recumbent bike, one elliptical, three treadmills, weight machines all work, but squeak and not optimally smooth. Even numbered rooms face away from main road only rare outside noise. Also some corridor; minimal room to room noise. AC moderate effective gets there but can take awhile.

    Don’t stay here in winter months. No aircon and hotel set to 25! Repeatedly asked for it to be turned down and response was leave room door and window open!

    Air Conditioning Makes The Room Unacceptable

    The place is nice enough but with the air conditioning apparently turned off until 8am, the room was too warm for me to sleep. The whole point of a hotel is that it has to be able to offer a decent environment to sleep in, after a VERY long journey from the UK to be lying on top of my sheets unable to sleep because it's so warm is simply unacceptable. I will be reducing my stay from 3 nights to 1 and changing hotels.

    Do not stay here, this hotel es below average but what I didn’t understand is how a hotel turn off the air conditioning in the rooms. It is so hot I already called the front desk two times but they keep telling me that this is how it is and they just offered to borrow me a fan. I do not recommend in fact I really want to change hotels. I will attach photos my room temperature is 26.5 Celsius and 27 Celsius.     Hotel located in between two stations and both are on line 2, convenience to take the subway anywhere.The room was just average and service was not good.There's sign in washroom about saving the planet, but what they provided in the room were paper cup. Some days house keeper would throw away the used cup, collected used tea spoons and left two new tea spoons for me. Some days the house keeper would not throw the used cup away and used tea spoons were still in my room for two days.House keeper changed the bed sheet and pillow covers, there were two hair left on the bed.Pillows were super soft, I used all four pillows but still lying on one pillow They are not attention to details
