  A great hotel in a great location

  We loved this hotel for our stay in Seoul. All staff members were polite, courteous and helpful. The Concierge was located on the bottom floor, they directed us to the 14th floor to check-in. The hotel has a huge foyer....the staff were poised ready to assist us with using the automated check-in machines which was very much appreciated. Also located on the 14th floor is the large dining/breakfast buffet room, along with a laundry room and CU convience shop. The CU shop can be used to top up your T-money travel card for use on the bus, subway and taxi. Our room was on the 18th floor. The room had a large double bed, dressing table/desk and wardrobe. Also we had a kettle and fridge. There was a TV in the room but it didn't seem to have English subtitles, but with the excellent wi-fi, we were able to use our own electronic devices. Sachets of coffee and teabags were provided and replenished each day. Good quality shower-gel, shampoo and conditioner are provided. Our room had great views over Dongdaemun. We must say that the cleaning ladies in this hotel really work hard....our room was spotless, it is probably the cleanest hotel we've ever stayed in. The cleaners are a credit to the hotel.Breakfast was included in our booking. The breakfast buffet was quite a feast! A large selection of food to suit all tastes. Eggs, bacon, sausage, Korean fried chicken, curry, soups, pastries, waffles, cereal, salads, cheese, cold meats, yoghurs, noodles, bibimbab and much more....delicious. The best breakfast we have ever encountered. Thank you to all the hard working chefs and waiters.We didn't use the Limousine bus from the airport, but if you do, we saw two bus-stops within 10 minute walk of the hotel, they had airport bus number 6702 on them....see photograph.The location of our hotel was excellent. Near to many shops and restaurants and also subway stations. We walked along the stream to the famous Gwangjang Market, it took us about 35-40 minutes...being grandparents, we walked slowly :-)We would love to stay here again, although its in a busy area, it felt more authenticly Korean than in other parts of Seoul that we visited. A great place to stay.   It's conveniently located near Dongdaemun Station and Dongdaemun history and Culture Park Station, making it easy to get around by subway, and it also offers free parking. Since it's in the same building as a shopping mall, you cam enjoy everything indoors regardless of the weather. Most importantly, the staff are very kind and always do their best to help with any requests. The view from the room is fantastic, and the room are clean, making it a great value for money.   Great Location, Clean Room

  I've been to Seoul many times and this was my first time staying in this hotel. 1. Check-in was really smooth and quick by using monitor with staff's assistance. 2. There's a CU mart at level 14, really convenient 3. We bought hotel breakfast couple at a discounted price of KRW 19,500 - surprisingly the food was good with lots of variety, especially K- food corner!4. The room is spacious and clean.5. The hotel is linked to Hyundai Outlet which is really convenient.6. The hotel is also at the heart of Dongdaemun, short walk to both Dongdaemun and Dongdaemun culture subway stations. Many eateries around the hotel!Overall it was a good stay with reasonable price, considering the strategic location for shopping and food. I will consider to stay here again.   Good location and convenient with everything we need

  The location is very good and the hotel has everything we need. Nearby, there areairport bustop, metro, delicious eateries, Olive Young, etc. Reception, Wowpass machine and CU on 14th floor. Money exchange on 1st Floor. There is also a scale on the 1st floor where we can weigh our luggage. The room is clean, not big, but spacious enough for the two of us. The beddings and towels are very clean. Love the big wash basin counter in the bathroom as I can put everything I need there. Will return if I visit Seoul again.
