  Exceptional Customer Service GIVE THE BELLMAN CRAIG A RAISE

  Firstly, the hotel was immaculate and the service I received from Craig the bellman was exceptional. His whole attitude from the start put me in the right head space for the business proposal I was presenting to my clients in New York. The food was amazing and fresh.

  Didn't expect the ceiling to be this high (1.5 times compare to others), very surprising. Lighting is warm but bright, the control panel needs better labeling instead of "lighting 4 and 5". Not too noisy. Comfortable bed and linen, room space is fit. Different types of cable is provided each inside the room and international sockets equipped. Can ask for extra free bottles of water. Location of hotel a bit far away from city center but is right next to subway exit, so not a problem. Had a pretty good stay, will definitely come back for next visit at Seoul.

  The first time in Korea, we chose Standard hotel. It's a new and very clean hotel. It is very close to the subway station, very convenient for travel. Our room on the high side has a beautiful view of the city. Room amenities are very comfortable. Very friendly staff and helpful. We really like the hotel and will come back in the future.

  Rooms are okay and convenient. Probably just renovated because the shower in the bath tub is still the old one. Aircon quit okay although I like lower temperature.The lobby is like not existing. The breakfast area could be seen as the lobby but without any facilities. The breakfast it self was nothing special compared to continental standards.Downstairs is a coffee shop where you can buy the expensive drinks (hotel discount does not really work). Finally the waiter downstairs is a grumpy old man who does not help much and doesn't allow anything.Quality is okay for the price. Not much special but very okay to stay.

  Clean hotel right next to train station

  This hotel is reasonably priced, clean, comfortable. It's right next to to the train station. It's closer to Exit 8, but if it's your first time there, try exit 7 instead, as there's a sign pointing you to the hotel. Exit 8 requires you go up an unlabeled narrow flight of stairs to reach the lobby on level 2.I had x2 single beds. Not much to complain about. Gave x1 500ml free bottle of water daily. The ceiling is a bit higher than normal, the blinds overlap, they don't just meet end to end, leaving a crack for sunlight to seep through at 7am, so you can get soem good sleep. There are some 24 hour convenience stores around, called Emart24, and GS...something. The hotel is on line 9. Minor quibbles. Floor was slightly sticky at places. Shower was a showerhead above a bathtub- I don't like those- less space to move my feet,
