Location

239 rooms are located on 12 storeys and can be reached by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Services such as a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops as well. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park.     Me and my Wife were staying in this hotel from 10/5 to 13/5 and again on 16/5 to 17/5 with a group of 23 people.. the room was nice had a small balcony .. breakfast was nice .. yes they do keep your luggage incase you are going out of Seoul and returning back which was a nice.. service is good.. but note that the use of swimming pool is not free and there are charges for that which was a bit of a surprise.. all in all the stay was good.

    this hotel was very good and nice breakfast as well. The rooms are a good size and bed comfortable .. Close to shops and good place to walk around The staff were friendly and easy to converse with if need too. extremely clean city . Love the whole area Recommend a stay here

    Excellent location and staff is very friendly cooperative esp Jeong beam Park who was very helpful The rooms are spacious and water ice maker available on all floorsThe breakfast buffet is really delicious and very economical on your purseSituated right in the centre of Myeongdong market can stroll till 11 pm and can get street food made with highest standards of cleanliness A must visit in Seoul Korea

    DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL.A business hotel that does not cater to tourist.Inbtheir website, they proclaim they have shuttle to the nearest metro. This is false. What yhey have is a public bus stop in front of the hotel that will take you to the metro. They do not have concierge. You cannot leave bags at yhe frobt desk. They have the worst service for a hotel.They do not care about the client.We booked 9 rooms in this hotel. Our checknout time is strictly 11 am. Our flight is in the evening. They do not want to give us complimentary late check out. So we check out on time, only to find out that we cannot leave our bags at the front desk.The room are average size. Facilities inside is basic. Not a 4 star hotel like they published. Our vacation turned into a logistical nightmare.Around the hotel, nothing much to see. Nearest metro is 15 min walk. No suoermarket nearby. Not much attraction if you are not into korean digital.

    The staff is friendly and kind, but the hotel's quality is even worse than an average motel. The rooms are too small for the price, and the bathroom has an extremely narrow entrance with barely enough space to shower. It's October, but there was no air conditioning, making it quite uncomfortable to stay in the room. I don't think I'll ever use this place again in the future.
