This review is for the junior delux suite. Dated furniture, stains on floor. tiny television. handsoap dispenser empty at check-in. View from the window was completely obstructed by the adjacent building. Everything comes with a fee. Toothbrush and other toiletries 1000krw. Extra blanket 10,000krw. Late checkout 22,000krw per hour. Breakfast buffet was 36,000krw with a 10% discount for hotel guests. food trays were vastly empty, rice was dry and crunchy. coffee subpar. stayed here twice before in the past, quality has greatly depreciated. Will likely never be back since there are much better hotels at this price point.

Thank You Miss Lauren JiWonderful stay at this luxurious property. Superior Suite very comfortable for 3 people. Fantastic location next to Lotte Department Store and Mall. Wonderful shops and red nearby. A very special thank you to the lovely Miss Lauren Ji who found us the best nail salon in the area. She went to exceptional effort to make a reservation for us ( using her cell phone as we did not have a Korean number ) . Truly fantastic service ! She also handled our check out with great efficiency and a smile. Thank You for such a pleasant stay

Comfortable place to stay

All staffs were helpful and informative. However, I personally give a great appreciation to the night shift manager, David Kim who helped us to stay comfortably. The rooms were kept clean daily. The air-conditioned room was a great getaway place during the heat wave in Seoul. This place is all about the pleasant service from all staffs and location. Close to Subway Line 2 and various restaurants near the hotel. Definitely I will chose this place again if I have to visit Seoul in a near future.

Thanks for the top notch service from the front desk.Hardware:It has good access to General Hospital, large Shopping Mall and Movie Theater, as well as the subway station (KonKuk Univ. Line Nr. 2).It is the upscale residential hotel with good facilities which other hotels does not have.Each room has kitchen facilities, so it is recommendable especially for long-term guests for business or hospitals and also for party room.
