Excellent hotel! Very hospitable host. Comfortable rooms with amazing showers, dinner was excellent and well presented. Breakfast had a good variety. The host goes out of his way to make you comfortable, home away from home!

Excellent place to stay along the Camino route

A Casa do Folgo was a fantastic place to spend the night . Juan and his wife run a professional but friendly and welcoming hotel. Fantastic hospitality. Food was excellent, nothing was too much trouble. I was a little unwell and they went above and beyond to help me recover. Easy access from the Camino route as Juan collected us and dropped us off again to continue on our way. The food was excellent and good value. Highly recommended.

Best place to stay near Negreira!

What a fantastic find for our first night for walking from Santiago de Compostela to Finesterre! Juan (our host) came and picked us up in Negreira and took us back to his hotel. His wife is the chef and we had a delicious 3 course dinner!! Juan could not be more accommodating! The rooms are very comfortable and shower amazing! Breakfast is included and then Juan dropped us back on the Camino the following day! Can't rate this hotel enough!

This charming 1920 boutique hotel was an amazing jewel. We stayed only one night, but the royal treatment you got from Juan, the manager, was above and beyond of what was expected. The rooms are charming with beautiful showers and the best gel soap ever. The food was an amazing treat. We had the melusa fish with potatoes, excellent wine, and desserts. Everything was done with love and charm, and they knew how to treat their guests. I highly recommend this place.

What an unexpected find. We were walking the Camino Finisterre and had lodging set up here. Despite its rural location in a vintage far house, our room was excellent with a comfortable bed and modern bathroom. Dinner was excellent, a true gourmet meal with a menu changing every day. The co-host, Juan, picked us up where we finished walking and dropped us off the next morning. He radiated calm and patience. It was very relaxing and comfortable, very welcome after a long day on the trail.
