  The Vida Mar de Laxe gets a great thumbs up from us. From the moment we arrived the service was excellent. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel is cean, modern and comfortable and the setting is great, just a walk across the road to the beach. The food in the hotel restaurant was delicious, as was the wine. We would have only good things to say and hope to return there some day. If you are after a chilled out break that combines a great hotel service, this is the place for you.

  The apartment in VIDA Mar de Laxe was very clean and comfortable. The view from our windows was breathtaking -we could see the relaxing blue water, the white sand and the coastal area. Cristina, from the front desk, was friendly and offered us support and guidance. Laxe offers lots of nature attractions that we loved visiting: the Playa de Laxa, Playa de los Cristales, Laxe Lighthouse. We also went to Santiago de Compostela and La Coruna.   Very nice little hotel in Laxe

  The hotel rooms have been recently refurbished and have modern bathrooms. The staff is very friendly and the food is reasonbly good. It also has a rooftop bar with a very nice view over Laxe beach/bay particularly at sunsetting. Really enjoyed the week we spent there in July.   We spent a whole week at Vida Mar de Laxe and we found it to be excellent value for money. We paid little over 400 euros for 4 nights in a 6 person apartment. There is no daily cleaning, but we weren't really expecting it for the money we paid. The apartments were top notch, just renovated, with very good installations, and had a view over the beach. The 5th floor bar is definitely a highlight - great view over Laxe beach, good for chilling out at the end of the day. No complaints whatsoever!   Beautiful, modern apartments ovelooking the bay

  We stayed in a three bedroom apartment, which was about 90 square meters, and was on the third floor. Everything was perfect. We had a living room with a comfortable sofa and an enormous LCD TV. There was a bath in the hall and one in one of the bedrooms. This bedroom also had a TV. In the kitchen we had everything we could have needed, all the pots and pans, toaster, large fridge with freezing compartment, even a dish washer. There was a balcony in the kitchen where you could look out over the sea. Downstairs there is a café and an upscale restaurant. All the prices were reasonable, including only one euro for a cup of coffee. On the fifth floor there is a cafe-bar with an outside area for enjoying the incredible views. We didn't use the hotel parking, which I believe costs 8 euros a day, but it must be added that there is limited parking on the street on which the hotel is located and guests might have to park a bit away. But as Laxe is very safe there is no problem leaving a car on the street at night.
