This attractive hotel is located on the outskirts of the old town of Santiago de Compostela, just a few minutes from the impressive Praza do Obradoiro with its famous cathedral (500 m). A range of restaurants, shopping venues, bars, nightclubs and links to the public transport network are located in the hotel's immediate vicinity. The airport is located 12 km away; the sea and the nearest beach are some 50 km from the hotel.

Facility

2 junior suites, 15 single rooms and 83 double rooms are located on 4 storeys and can be reached by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions.     Spent 3 nights here after our Camino. Well located and Laura at the front desk was so kind and helpful. Rooms are large, along with the toilets. Beds are firm and great to sleep on. Room has everything you need. Nice view of the playground we had. Highly recommend.

    We stayed 2 nights in this hotel at the end of our Camino Walk. The hotel is very comfortable and the staff very helpful and pleasant. The rooms were very clean and the bed comfortable. We had breakfast both mornings which was plentiful and varied in choice. The hotel also has a little cafe on the ground floor which we used on arrival and had complimentary tea/coffee and small pastries, a very nice gesture.Would certainly stay here again and would recommend.

    I was woken by bug bites and itchy arms.

    I joined a tour group and stayed two nights on June 26th and 27th. Around 5 a.m. on the 27th, I was woken by bug bites and itchy arms. I saw two small black bugs on my bed, likely bedbug larvae, and I recorded the scene with my phone.After breakfast, before heading to Finisterre, I showed the video to the receptionist, and she promised to clean it!After returning to the hotel from Finisterre that afternoon, I asked the receptionist if my room had been cleaned.He reviewed the video and immediately sent a housekeeping lady to check my room. No bugs were found, but he agreed to disinfect it again because I was staying another night and the hotel didn't have any other rooms available!I was seriously injured by the insect bites and had to see a doctor that afternoon.After returning to Taiwan, I emailed them to complain. The hotel said they were working with a disinfection company and categorically denied there were any insects in the rooms!But it's true that I was woken by insect bites, and I even recorded it!So, I could only protest online and warn other travelers!

    The most unpleasant receptionist I have ever encountered

    On check in, the receptionist, a man was so rude, I was astounded. We had arrived back to reception to mention the air conditioning was very loud and the room wasn't very clean. We told one receptionist who was free, and the other clerk started shouting at us across reception while dealing with another customer, who he was unpleasant to as well. I stayed calm all the time while this man continued to rant. There were at least 6 people in reception in complete shock at his behaviour. Definitely need to upgrade some of their customer services as this man had NONE. Very disappointing.Hotel had a good location

    Hotel was nice, pleasant, well kept and had great service from it's staff, particularly the front of house staff. Room was basic but well presented with a small terrace area. Room was on the street so a little noise to be expected at night but nothing major. Bathroom was nice. WiFi was very poor and kept dropping on both our phones and the smart TV kept pausing. Breakfast was basic but perfect for fueling for a day of sightseeing. We had massages that were excellent and much needed after the Camino.
