    The property or its representative is nefarious. Unable to recognize that in already paid bookings the customer is responsible

    I haven’t really gotten to try the accommodation despite having paid my reservation. My comment is towards the property or whoever delegates. Having as I say paid and confirmed by booking the charge, having no one in reception contact by phone and tell me that they do not know anything about me. After discrepancies, we agreed to call the police to at least make a claim. He's late and bookless. The police mediate and resolve the conflict via approaching another establishment 8 km away. What annoys me the most is his high-handed stance trying to make me see that I have a problem with booking. Of these I will say that they have neither telephone attention nor means to fix the situation, which was none other than after my payment and confirmation, with indication of reservation data, they entertain to regret that it has not been possible to leave me at the foot of the horses and in the street beyond 22:00 hours.Madam owner or manager the booking and payment problem was not mine but yours with the company you work with: booking. Fix and stop screwing up your neighbor. He always hurts the weakest on defense. Beware of your reservations and the treatment of the property: nefarious.     Restful and well designed

    This bright and well designed hotel was a fitting culmination to our stays on the Camino. The staff were exceptionally kind and courteous and the breakfast each morning plentiful with a good variety. The Wifi did not work in our room, only in the restaurant and even TV reception poor - otherwise we found it quiet but still very convenient.

    We had one day booked with the travel company and one day via booking.com ourselves we wanted the same roomWe got the room behind reception which was a room designed for disable It was ok Nothing special So every time the front hotel door was shut the whole room shookAlso some guys were using the table behind reception near our room, they must have bumped into the wall and we felt it in our room The bathroom remained very wet after showering and we couldn’t open the windows. You can hear the breakfast service and anyone talking the reception. Not the best but okIf staying here I recommend a room higher upThe staff are really nice and helpful, no complaints at all
