    A poor 4-star hotel with a minimal but clean room! The incredible thing is the breakfast... a hotel like the Congress should be organized to serve many people at once... everything was constantly missing from bread... to yogurt, few waiters... a total disaster.

    Worst Hotel we have ever stayed in ! Terrible situation/location , old and decaying , uncomfortable, spar not inviting and you have to pay . Food disgusting , understaffed , bar closed all afternoon /evening ! 2 members of staff to look after the bar and the restaurant for breakfast and evening meal ! Least of our worries was that the Hotel is covered In Scaffolding !

    Very clean hotel , rooms good size , beds comfortable , some pillows hard . No tea or coffee facilities in room Outside chairs dirty. Restaurant dinner menu very limited. Unable to cater for vegetarians even with the simplest request. Waiter very blunt and off hand Highly unlikely to visit again.

    The place was ideal for a last stop on the camino. Spa was very welcome.The staff are doing their very best considering they are very short of employees.It's a coach party hotel which means you can wait for a while to get a drink etc.I went to a restaurant down the road for dinner.I'd stay at the hotel again

    Hotel advertises with (free) shuttle service, while in practice they don’t have it.Gym exists of crap, old and defect materials.Sauna, steam bath and some parts of the Spa were out of order (according to an employee quite structural)2 days in a row the same rotten ham on the (very poor) breakfast buffetNo international tv channels
