  I guess it's good value for money but it is vary basic. Wi-fi did not work in the bedroom, cable TV meant 3 international news channels and breakfast was basic. The bedroom and bathroom were clean though.

  The Hotel was easy to find with a GPS, only.The room was not quite big. Besides near the road, with its double windows the noise protection was good, even on a rainy day.Cheap hotel to stay near Santiago. But you need a vehicle to get there and to this Hotel.The parking lot is quite limited. The service was nice, even when I asked for a lower pillow.No breakfast included.Nice touch offering a sealed tooth brush and a mini tooth paste.No A/C at the room.I also had free and open wifi at my room.

  The hotel is 10 minutes drive from the centre of santiago de comptela. There is a bus outside the hotel for 1 euro each way. Service at the hotel is friendly. Breakfast is basic and small. Rooms are comfortable.

  Hotel is difficult to find and hotel info should include GPS info. Street address is non-specific and hotel is located a long ways from city center. Does have excellent bus service (P3) to city center. Room was cosy with good bathroom and comfortable bed. Breakfast is continental and sparse. Reception spoke English and was helpful. No heat in common areas however no problem with heat in our room.

  Super Budget Hotel, But Only For Motorists

  The Santa Lucía is located along a highway leading into and out of town. Walking in to the city would be nearly an impossibility as you would be traversing endless ramps, busy roads and rotaries, and it's all uphill. There is a bus that stops right outside, but service is spotty, from intervals of a half hour to almost two hours, depending upon day and time. There is underground parking at Plaza de Galicia, very close to the cathedral plaza. My room is modern, clean, and evidently newly remodeled, because it doesn't resemble at all what is described in the "terrible" section. Large bed, table, TV, chair, luggage rack, closet with a key that you can take, good linens. Bathroom is nice, shower bracket is high on the wall, but the shower head is very small. Plenty of shower supplies provided, good towels, even a hair dryer. My room is on the side of the building. There is noise from the road, but probably less than a front room. Five stars for me! Price for room alone is 22 euros. I think this is my cheapest hotel of the trip. Oh, the wifi signal was by far the best I have encountered. They have a separate network for the 3rd floor and the 4th. It worked great!
