  Air con forget it

  We had the junior suite 211, lovely room with one problem the air con was ineffective or not working? We told reception and they said it was working and looked on their app,this read on the first page working 19 degrees we said no way was it 19 the thermostat in the room said 27 degrees. He then looked at the second page and said yes it was 27 degrees and he came upto the room,very helpful. He told us to put the black out blinds down to cool the room. This was in the afternoon ,we had paid for a view and air con but we didn't have them. First night sleep, not a chance it was 27 degrees all night.Day two they brought a mobile a/c just the one although our suite was two rooms it helped that night we were at 25 to 23 degrees, still no sleep. We went to reception again and he looked at the actual room temperature and said he would get the tec guy out he did and well it made little difference. Sleep was better but not good. The temperature in the area had now dropped so nothing to do with the air con. Day 3 we asked to see the manager as nobody had updated us at all. We waited for a bit . When she came we explained the events,she said it was there policy not to refund on matters like this. We had not been offered a different suit as they had none,she did offer us a meal in the restaurant but we didn't think that was fair offer after 3 night of having very little sleep and the room was their best and booked with the knowledge that it had air con.The reception manager was unhelpful and had no communication skills, as she never came to update or inform us of anything. We asked for her managers email we are still waiting.   The rooms are fabulous, location stunning and food excellent plus very well priced. All staff were very good but Gio was outstanding, looking after everyone in the bar/restaurant with personal attention and interest. He is a fantastic representative for this hotel.   Excellent experience and amazing location

  I booked hotel for my wedding in Santa Cruz and it didn't disappoint. Facilities and room are fantastic, very modern. Staff was excellent, especially Paula, who looked after us and encouraged us to go to jacuzzi and pool which we enjoyed very much. Only small disappointment was when I forgot my expensive earrings in the room, checked out and hotel didn't contact me at all, that they found them. I had few stressful days, searching for them everywhere when my husband contacted hotel about this matter and they said they are there. After addressing the issue they were really good and promptly shipped to me, but why they were waiting when they have all my contact details? Except of that, we had excellent time in the NOA hotel and will come back.   Beautiful boutique hotel with amazing views

  A beautiful hotel in a tranquil location with several restaurants and stores, 15 mins by taxi to A Coruna. The hotel rooms, the bathtub in the room and the pool have an amazing view of the water. The room very nicely done and clean, only the chairs have room for improvement. A new bottle of water to the room every day is very appreciated. The hotel provides a parking in the underground garage big enough to accommodate even bigger cars. Guys at the reception very helpful. The only thing I would suggest is to include some veggies for breakfast. Plus, make the pool area a bit fancy ie with food and drinks. Also, playing some local music would be a nice addition to the pool or evenings in the cafe/ bar. This is however just icing on the cake. Overall, great experience, thank you!
