Exceptional Hotel, Service, & Location!

The hotel is beautiful, the service exceptional, and you can't beat the location (a block away from the Cathedral). The only challenge was finding the parking lot using GPS, it kept sending us to a garage just before the hotel. Perhaps better signage to help with that issue. Other than that, we absolutely loved the place!

Without question, the absolute worst hotel experience I’ve had in years.The main culprit is the staff—particularly at reception—who are the most remarkably rude, arrogant, and disinterested people I have ever encountered in the hospitality industry. Their written communication before our arrival was so appalling and incomprehensible that we ended up stuck with rooms we explicitly did not want. When we raised this, expecting a shred of basic customer service or flexibility, we were met with outright contempt.Adding insult to injury, the reception staff have a habit of rolling their eyes and immediately talking about you in Spanish right to your face, smugly relying on the language barrier while making their utter disdain crystal clear through body language.The physical hotel itself falls shockingly short of its four-star rating: * Rooms: Resemble dark, cramped prison cells. * Bathrooms: Tired, outdated, and visibly dirty. * Breakfast: An overpriced €22 insult that is barely edible.A hotel's fixtures can be forgiven, but hostile service cannot. The sheer malice, arrogance, and unprofessionalism of the staff single-handedly ruin this property. Avoid this place at all costs.
