Conveniently located near shopping, bus line, Cathedral. Parking is an issue. Dripping water at night (leak above us? Condensation from A/C?) Roommate almost tripped on puddle on floor. Breakfast room was very pleasant and bright. Great variety of food and drink. Receptionist was friendly and stored our luggage while we toured the area before taking a train back to Madrid in the afternoon.

Wonderful hotel. Front desk was fast and efficient. Located right in the heart of everything in Santiago. Super Clean and smells amazing! The courtyard was a beautiful respite after a day of touring Santiago. They have a wonderful bar area and lots of cozy seating nooks if the weather doesn't permit sitting outdoors. The history of the hotel is interesting as well. We rested well on their comfy beds and quiet rooms, and the bathrooms were well appointed.

Great find. We chose this hotel by chance finding it particularly well located, comfortable room, excellent bed and bathroom. Paid parking nearby worked well. The staff were excellent, the breakfast fine and the garden a haven of peace within the City.

Very comfortable accomodation with historic interest. Very well situated for the old town access, cathedral etc. Can't thank the staff enough for arranging postal return of 2 expensive to replace rain jackets we left behind. Highly recommended.
