Located in the very heart of Santiago de Compostela, hardly 5 minutes walking distance from the Cathedral, the front façade of the main building faces towards the picturesque old market of the city, whereas the back façade offers magnificent views of the Convent of Belvís, founded in the XIV century, and of the park with the same name.

Facility

A suite, single rooms and 41 double rooms are available to guests in a 5-storey main building and a 3-storey auxiliary building. At this hotel, which includes a lift, guests are warmly welcomed by the multilingual staff (English, German, French). A check-in/check-out service is available at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe.     Great find. We chose this hotel by chance finding it particularly well located, comfortable room, excellent bed and bathroom. Paid parking nearby worked well. The staff were excellent, the breakfast fine and the garden a haven of peace within the City.

    Very comfortable accomodation with historic interest. Very well situated for the old town access, cathedral etc. Can't thank the staff enough for arranging postal return of 2 expensive to replace rain jackets we left behind. Highly recommended.

    Though it wasn’t perfect, I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.Our room was nice, but a bit old and tired. The bed and linens were comfortable, and the wifi was strong. But the room was generally dark, the A/C a bit weak, and the bathroom was old-school.Everything else was great, though. The garden and grounds were wonderful, and the breakfast buffet was healthy and plentiful.The location was nice, and it was easy to get to the Cathedral from the hotel.Even though the room(s) were lacking, I’d still stay here again.

    Old hotel. My mattress was leaning and felt I would roll off. Toilet seats old and worn. WiFi is terrible- often times you cannot login. Water is not free. Sound proofing is not good. Do not stay if you have mobility issues- stairs and more stairs. Also stairs or uphill climbs to Old Town. Much better hotels in area for similar price. Won’t stay again.
