  Good place to stay

  The hotel is OK, it has everything a 5-star hotel has, good linen which is really important, the beds are comfortable to sleep, good noise protection, clean areas. The pics on their web correspond 100% to the rooms. But we would especially like to point out the reception staff, including "jefe de recepción", which helped us a lot and did everything possible so that our stay would be comfortable and smooth.We enjoyed our stay a lot.

  Terrible service! The food was good but the service was disgraceful! The waiter who served us was disrespectful and u kind. This was a special celebration for my family and was totally ruined by their poor service.Once raíces to the management she did not bothered to listen, never mind apologise. Never again!

  The hotel is fine, but definitely not up to five star standards. Nowhere close. Except on price, they are still charging 5* room rates.Pros: the room is an ok size, the reception is nice, good parking, quiet location, pleasant staff.Cons: decor is old and tired, room wasn’t perfectly clean, old electronics such as hairdryer, poor facilities and amnesties in the room, no international tv or radio, no tea or coffee in the room, a horrible cheap cafe, extra charge for the spa, very far from the city centre.Given three stars because that is what the hotel should be advertising and charging.

  very nice hotel considering it is Vitoria. Clean and comfortable located centrally in downtown area, very safe to walk around. shopping less than 10 minutes away. Staff was courteosu and friendly. There were plenty of places where to eat and drink. No fancy decor but the best in town by far.   There was a slight confusion with our reservation but it was quickly sorted out in 15 minutes. The secure underground garage was exactly what we required and there was a lift up to the room. The room was extremely large, clean and comfortable - the double bed was huge. The en-suite had everything needed including slippers. Our evening meal was good (the restaurant could have benefitted with some low background music). We were spoilt for choice with the food provided for our breakfast.
