Parking is free on site, so it’s easy to leave the car and use your comfortable room as a base for exploring the Basque capital.A five-minute walk brings you to a shopping mall packed with (plastic-feeling) chain restaurants: Burger King, KFC, Pizza Hut and the like.After about 20 minutes on foot, you’ll reach the old town, slightly elevated above everything else. Along the way — and once you’re up there — you’ll find plenty of more authentic places to eat and drink. Be sure to try pintxos, the local take on tapas.The hotel itself is comfortable and well run, with a generous breakfast buffet included in the price. If you overdo it, there’s a decent gym right next to reception.The only minor drawbacks are slow Wi-Fi and the risk of being woken early in the morning or late at night by slamming doors in neighbouring rooms.

Typical efficient business hotel. A little tired in places (chipped paint, damaged flooring). Just watch the restaurant opening times. It’s only open Monday to Thursday which is not made in clear in some of the online booking sites I.e Booking.com

The family rooms are spacious, secure hotel parking. Receptionist on duty super friendly. Amazing buffet breakfast. There is a Petrol station and a shopping centre (Eroski) right at your door, and many other shops and restaurants to eat at.

Nice hotel with reasonable price. But receptionist was not professional and not enough staffs. She olny focused on the phone regardless guest were waiting to check in. I reserved Junior Suite room because it had kitchen, but, it was just kitchen like for only egg frying for two??? Way not enough utensils.

Claims to be 4* but more like 2*. Bed had broken legs floor had areas missing. Ground floor reception area looks nice but apart from that I would not stay again. Staff very pleasant and next to a big shopping centre but massively over priced and nicer places cheaper within 10 minutes walk.
