Great secure parking for bikers
14 Aug 2026
We had a one night stopover here, on a motorcycle trip and found the hotel to be well located and have excellent, secure, underground parking for our bikes. The rooms and facilities were great and the breakfast was lovely. There is a shopping complex 5 minutes walk away, that had a great food court, with plenty of excellent restaurants to choose from. We would certainly stay here again.

20 minutes on foot from the old town
25 Jan 2026
The hotel sits in a painfully dull area — but don’t let that put you off. Parking is free on site, so it’s easy to leave the car and use your comfortable room as a base for exploring the Basque capital.A five-minute walk brings you to a shopping mall packed with (plastic-feeling) chain restaurants: Burger King, KFC, Pizza Hut and the like. After about 20 minutes on foot, you’ll reach the old town, slightly elevated above everything else. Along the way — and once you’re up there — you’ll find plenty of more authentic places to eat and drink. Be sure to try pintxos, the local take on tapas. The hotel itself is comfortable and well run, with a generous breakfast buffet included in the price. If you overdo it, there’s a decent gym right next to reception. The only minor drawbacks are slow Wi-Fi and the risk of being woken early in the morning or late at night by slamming doors in neighbouring rooms. Dirección Sercotel Boulevard Vitoria, Owner at Sercotel Boulevard Vitoria, responded to this review Dear Christian,Thank you for taking the time to share your experience at Sercotel Boulevard Vitoria Hotel. We are pleased to hear that you found our hotel comfortable and well-managed, and that the breakfast buffet met your expectations. It is our goal to provide our guests with a satisfying stay, and your positive remarks are greatly appreciated. We acknowledge your observations regarding the neighborhood. While our location may not be the most vibrant, we find that many guests enjoy the convenience of having easy access to parking and the ability to explore the Basque capital at their own pace. Your suggestion about the nearby shopping mall with various dining options is valuable for future guests who may be looking for quick meal choices before embarking on their explorations. We appreciate your comments about the Wi-Fi service and the noise disturbances you experienced. We strive to ensure a pleasant environment for all our guests and will take your feedback into consideration as we continuously work on improving our services. In regards to the noise from neighboring rooms, we encourage our guests to communicate any disturbances to our reception team, who can provide assistance during your stay.Thank you once again for your feedback and for highlighting the positive aspects of your visit. We hope to welcome you back in the future for another enjoyable stay.Best regards,Sercotel Boulevard Vitoria Hotel

Restaurant lottery
15 May 2025
Typical efficient business hotel. A little tired in places (chipped paint, damaged flooring). Just watch the restaurant opening times. It’s only open Monday to Thursday which is not made in clear in some of the online booking sites I.e Booking.com
