    Chose this hotel based on location near the city centre. Was checked in by William. Very efficient and spoke perfect English! First impressions are always important and sets the standard . Nice room on 4th floor with tea/coffee making facilities and good WiFi too. Parking easy in secure underground car park beneath the hotel at 15 euros per day. Booked breakfast at extra 16 euros pp. Good and varied choices fried eggs/cheese ham and croissants etc. Friendly staff in the breakfast room too. Worth the money and would stay in same hotel should we return to Vitoria.

    Nice hotel in a good location with several bars and restaurants nearby. Rooms comfortable. Staff friendly. Parking available in the basement but I'd recommend you pre book this if needed. It was ideal for our motorbikes. Breakfast was very good. We have stayed here before for one night and we would stay here again.

    Great position to stop on the way to Bilbao

    Stayed here for one night, on our way to Bilbao. Situated near the center of the city with a 2 level underground carpark it was ideal. Just to note the car parking spaces are small, lucky we had a small car, some of the larger 4 x 4 vehicles struggled to park. Room was clean, large and comfortable, staff were very good and the prices in the hotel bar were very reasonable. We were able to explore the city from here and spent a very pleasant afternoon in the local park tapas bar. Breakfast was ok but the cooked food was not that hot.

    Central location. Underground parking available. Tight spaces but lots of spaces in garage. Good breakfast buffet. Large room with two single beds. Great rainfall showerhead. Large clean bathroom. Mini fridge in room. Large spacious bedroom.
