Awful hotel!It’s such a shame as the staff are lovelyThey do not serve food until 8.30 pm which if you are tired is ridiculous, the room service menu is also awful until that time and there is nothing nearby where you can purchase food of a decent standardThe breakfast is very limited, they also do not uphold the benefits of being a platinum member They charge 2.50€ for a very small ice bucket (which I was not told when ordering at reception) I would not recommend a stay here Cristina Rodes, Owner at Ac Hotel Elda, responded to this review We are very sorry to hear that we were not able to meet your expectations and appreciate the comments about our staff service and attention. Nicely appointed AC hotel (as usual) but no staff or service

We really like AC hotels for comfort and value. Also the staff are usually excellent and very helpful. Our issue here was not with comfort - our room was good. The problem was a lack of staff and service. When we arrived, there was literally one (helpful) memeber of staff on reception. We would have loved a drink at the bar or in the lounge but it was shut and no room service was available. What was worse is that the bar and restaurant was not opening until 20.30. In point of fact, the bar never opened and didn't even look stocked and the place just lacked staff. The food at dinner was fine but again the friendly waiter was just under pressure. Whether it was because it was a Saturday, I don't know, but the service was non exisitent and this is a management issue not the staff that were there. There is no excuse for not being able to get a drink when you arrive at a 4 star hotel!! Great quality hotel, friendly staff, great breakfast, and central location. The second time we've stayed. .also baths in rooms. Lots of restaurants around but also good food in the hotel restaurant

Comfy beds, very nice bathroom and very helpful staff. Unfortunately for us to far out from benidorm and a little in the middle of nowhere but cannot fault the hotel very nice place to stay. A nice little cafe right outside

The hotel and its staff are all presented brilliantly it lacks a few basic needs such as a bar and a kettle in the room food prices are a bit Steep but other than that hotel was pleasant enough. However Elda is like going back in times there are few shops no entertainment value whatever and to be honest everything’s closed most of the time so all in all hotels ok elda I’d avoid at all cost .
