  The pools are great, no doubt about that. You do actually feel like you are in paradise particularly at the Tahiti pool. However, there are three issues: 1) is the wasp/ hornet problem at the Tahiti, there are hundreds of these things flying around and can be annoying. They have loads of traps hanging everywhere but obviously not working well enough. I paid for Balinese beds a few times and one day had to leave it after an hour because the number of wasps gathering around our bed was ridiculous. The concierge asked us to vacate the bed for safety reasons but wouldn’t give us a refund. They said we could have a bed the next morning and when we arrived it had been booked by somebody else! At the time I asked her if I needed a new tickets, she said no, it’s not necessary. I complained but it didn’t get sorted and didn’t get a refund.2) they don’t serve any food at the pools, just crisps and ice creams. Other family parks similar to this serve pizzas, crepes etc by the pools so when the kids get hungry you have to leave 3) at the bars you have to pay an extra euro deposit for every cup/ drink you buy. They give you a receipt and then when you leave for the day have to queue back up to get your 1 euro back. I can home with loads of cups, not because I wanted the Alannia cup, because I couldn’t be bother to spend 30 mins in a queue to get my 3e back. Why not just give people disposable paper cups? We stayed with Eurocamp which is a set of caravans that are about half way between the two pools. These were fine and clean with everything working. The only negative was having to ask for a change of sheets. Were there for two weeks and only had one change of sheets and towels in that time.The food in the pub/ restaurant was average, we went about four times out 14 days but mainly for convenience. We hired a car (which is a must because of location) and found some good restaurants in Catral which is only a few mins away. We didn’t fancy trying the buffets The spa is good quality, used that a few times and enjoyed the experience. Entertainment was all in Spanish so didn’t tend to go down for that. We played cards and board games in the evenings which as fine for us.We played a lot of padel tennis early mornings and late evenings (when cool enough) which was great o break up the day.All in all we had a great time as we always do our best to make the most of the family time and not focus on the negatives. We ain’t be retuning as we have been to much better Spanish parks than this which are similar in cost.

  Location is not the best for family’s looking to venture out of the resort, nothing outside you have to get a taxi to the beaches or centre, Staff are not a bit helpful, kind of rude, the cabins ect are all after the campsite so they are far down when we arrived with luggage for a family and small kids they don’t have a service to help drop luggage to your cabins or even help when leaving just told to manage your own luggage and everything else walking very far back. Only 1 restaurant with not a lot of food options (didn’t do all inclusive as it’s buffet) one super market with lots of freezer food but no oven toaster or kettle in the cabin. Left the towels out on the dates given to be changed my towels were left for two days still no change I had to chase down the lady on the cart with towels and explain over and over my towels haven been changed but kept asking my dates! Restaurant is extremely slow service, Pool is good kids enjoyed it. Playroom and soft play area was good also but closed at 1pm until 5/6pm should be open all day seems as their is. Nothing else to do in the resort or outside, Same for restaurant considering there is only 1 it stops serving food at 1 only tapas? Very useless to family’s on holidays trying to make the most of having mixed times with early risers and pool days. The family shows evening time was all Spanish speaking not both Spanish and English even. card only accepted which we had mostly cash, the chicken stand on car park only opened 2 times and was the best food we had there, would not go back. Oh the best part none of my windows locked all broken, and somebody attempted to open my front door and window 2nd night until I jumped up, we all had to stay in living room on the pull out to keep kids safe!   Don't be fooled by what they claim

  Rude staff,dirty ,terrible food (accept the bar) no food available at pools. We stayed in tahiti area and there was nothing to eat available. We wanted to sit and watch our children in the small playground near our cabin but were refused unless we paid 41 euro for the buffet . Supermarket is badly stocked,charged for everything onsite, never met the train even though we looked for it several times. They charge a rental fee for plastic cups and when u bring back your receipt for refund they claim it was a diff card used ..this happened alot !!!!!! They search your bags at pool so your not bringing in food as your not allowed also these rules did not apply to Spanish people. Entertainment strictly in spanish no english .disappointed as we ,like alot of people saved for this holiday . This resort is not as advertised.!!!!!!!
