Although clean, no entertainment, no where in the hotel to buy drinks or food, I explained to teletext where I booked, that I have children and what I needed but arrived, late due to flight delay and nothing, WiFi doesn’t work. Not near anywhere that’s in walking distance. No air con that works correctly so all in all very disappointing experience.

This place is not for holiday makers. People live there. It is next to a high school. It is btwn the airport and city. The apartments are very basic and up a steep hill so if you have walking disabilities they are not suitable. The C6 bus no longer stops at the bottom of the road.

With an early flight at Alicante, we needed a place to shower and rest. This was booked at the last minute. The price kept changing through the booking but finally was charged €83. 2 bedroom apartment which slept 4, even though there wasonly 2 of us. 2 bathrooms. Walk-in shower was broken, so I had to hold shower head. Basic stuff in the kitchen, no kettle, so we bought water. Lounge sofa covered with a clean sheet! Sheets were clean but no pillow protectors, which I find gross. Large balcony was a bonus. Horrible blue woolly blanket on the bed, again felt gross. Went to pool area, again I felt it was uncared for although the pool was clean and water quality was good. I have tried to be overall, I would not stay here again.

Alicante is such a beautiful city. Unfortunately we chose to stay in Alicante Hills apt. We don’t recommend this place at all. They do not have basic supplies in the kitchen neither the rooms. The kitchen equipment wasn’t enough for the three of us. We found only two cups, one broken pot and a large frying pan. Not cutting board and basic equipment to cook even to make breakfast. No coffee maker or kettle.The doors of the rooms need maintenance. One of the doors had terrible noise when opening and closing (not fun at midnight) no hangers in the closets. Poor cleaning in general.

We found ourselves in need of a hotel near the airport at short notice. We weren't expecting a lot from this hotel as it was only £63 for a 2 bed apartment. We were so surprised when we arrived. The reception staff were friendly and helpful and we were able to check in about 4 hours before we were advised when we booked. It took us around 30 minutes to walk to a beautiful park where we found a lovely local restaurant. The apartment was clean and tidy and we have no complaints. Not sure we'd stay for a week but this hotel is great for 1 or 2 nights.
