Location

This apartment block is situated in a residential area of Torrevieja, just 10 minutes walking distance from the resort centre and the beach. The nearest supermarket is located 200 m away. A selection of bars and restaurants can also be found nearby. Alicante Airport is approximately 41 km from the hotel.

Facility

20 rooms and 19 apartments are located on 4 storeys and can be reached by lift. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. The apartment hotel provides a safe, a car hire service, a transfer service and a fax machine. Internet access is available to guests in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park (no extra charge). Other services include a hotel shuttle bus.

Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Most of rooms include a balcony or terrace as a standard feature. The rooms have a double bed and a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Extra beds can be requested. A safe provides secure storage for guests' personal property. For self-catering guests, there is a well-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, tea/coffee station and oven. There is also a washing machine and an ironing set. A telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a stereo system and WiFi are provided as well. Bathrooms include a hairdryer and are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. Wheelchair-accessible rooms can also be booked. The hotel has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

Sport

Plenty of active recreation awaits guests in the pool area's 2 outdoorpools. No matter the weather, swimming is always a possible in the indoor pool. There is also a special swimming area just for kids. Sun loungers and parasols are available on the terrace, where guests can enjoy a quick break or relax for hours. The pool bar serves a selection of refreshing drinks. There are many ways to relax or stay active at the hotel, including fishing, horse riding, windsurfing, diving and a gym. Additional leisure activities include an entertainment programme, a dance club and a nightclub.

    nice apartment - big enough for 4 adults, clean and well enough equipped. There is a supermarket within 5 mins walk with all the supplies you need. The beach is 5 mins away as well with plenty of restaurants and bars. Spanish beachfront filled with sun lovers and low rise apartments as far as the eye can see. Nice walk along the beachfront but little else to do. The town center has little to recommend it.

    Wow, what an absolutely stunning apartment. 2 bedrooms. Beautifully decorated, cosy, warm , and lovely and bright. Everything was perfect. Bright clean modern bathroom, perfect lighting. Lovely clean fluffy white towels, loads of loo rolls too! Cosy bedrooms with plenty of wardrobe space. and cosy lighting . Lovely cosy lounge , with a large sofa, coffee table and TV, with Netflix, You Tube etc. Table and chairs for eating. Perfectly provided facilities in kitchen area. Kettle, toaster, coffee machine, and all crockery, cutlery and utensils needed. Cleaning pack.provided. Everything needed is here. And the price at 39 euros was unbelievable. Highly recommend .     3rd visit here each time we stayed in a different apartment but each one was equally fantastic this year we had the added bonus of wifi which was super fast.     Lovely and clean apartment in a nice street. Very nicely located in Torrevieja, in one of the more beautiful looking streets. The apartment has everything you need, and the bathroom seems renovated in the last years and is kept really clean.
