No frills but a couple of surprises

The Goya is a centrally located hotel with friendly staff. The rooms are adequate with minuscule bathrooms. The beds are very comfortable, spotlessly clean and well made. The tiny bathroom has a great shower and half bath ..,,,,, bonus. Despite the rooms being noisy we didn’t have a problem sleeping.

really bad hotel. the staff has no respect for the customer. the room is like a small room bad with the mattress could not sleep on it, the day after had huge pain in the back. bathroom there is no bad than that, the toilet was stools in the toilet no one has flushed, poo smells the whole room. the shower broken. we couldn't sleep because our body was itching all the time. it can't describe how bad that hotel is. I advise you that no one should go to that hotel at all. it is best that you sleep in the car better than you sleep in a room at hotel Goya. the price includes breakfast, but the staff say no it is not included, they just want to fool customers.

Clean bedroom, laundered bed linen and comfortable bed. Bedroom cleaned daily. Dated fittings and decor but this is a budget hotel. Shower with plenty of hot water. Conveniently located. Friendly, helpful staff. English spoken. Free WiFi. Good value overall.

Decor/ rooms bit dated but had local charm, room was cleaned every day with staff pleasant & helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed walking but Quick access to buses for coast,airport & city.

the hotel is in desperate need for up dating, the tv was a 14 inch 1990's tv with 5 spanish channels , 1st hotel i have stayed in spain where it didn't have international channels my suggest a tv of at least 32 incs, repaint the walls white to brighten it up, improve the lights in the room and the corridorsand have a kettle in the room or a kitchenette (small kitchen , kettle, hob, microwave)sound proof the room (i got no sleep at the hotel as you can hear everyone and everything
