    "I had a wonderful stay at Ibis Hotel. The front office team, especially Siva and Krishna Sai, were extremely welcoming and efficient, making the check-in and check-out process smooth. Housekeeping, handled by Pavan, ensured that the rooms were always clean and well-maintained. A special mention to Ravi from Spice for his excellent service and warm hospitality at the restaurant. The overall experience was great, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others!"

    We went with our three daughters ages 3,7&8 from the moment we pulled up they where exited, the staff treated them like royalty from the moment we stepped inside and they were taken blind folded up to the room, enhancing the experience for them.We initially booked a room which we were informed the next day after booking was no longer available the staff went out of their way townsite the room we ended up with had enough toys to keep three girls entertained.We arrived at around 12 and lunch was already full and with activities starting at 5:30 we headed into the town which is a very short walk and has a lovely atmosphere, lots of parks, restaurants and a tourist train.After an hr playing in the room we headedDown for the activities which kept all the kids entertained from 5:30-11! Giving the adults some down time in the bar and restaurant and a few games of connect 4.Breakfast and dinner were adequate, everything seemed fresh and tasted nicer than most hotel foods.We also checked out the doll museum the next day and went with Elfa Experience- would highly recommend this.We stayed for one night and for us it was enough, we had a great time and would recommend it and the village itself.

    We went there for the birthday of my son and he has been delighted by the staff, room, hotel.We got the super wings room and he love it. Lots of activities for kids which is nice.Is really a hotel for kids.

    Nice clean hotel overall a good experience. I will suggest fresh orange juice for breakfast. More toys on the rooms please. We stayed in Melchor room which had lots of toys but some of the other rooms i saw doesnt have as many toys. My son had a great time. Get well wrapped as it gets quite cold in the evenings at this time. I didn´t like that they charge for the activities in the evening ( 7 eur ), I think the room is expensive enough, another thing is if includes some snacks for the little ones, then ok. Lovely village to visit, can walk to Pocoyo park, Pirate ship park too 10 min. Heard museum of biodiversity is great, we didnt have time to visit. They have two common play areas with toys and lego stuff. Nice place to eat walk distance is Erre q Erre. If you dont mind to take the car for 20 min to Alcoi there is a green path really lovely to go on a sunday morning, all cemented, some cool tunnels and couple of bridges, great scenery, very popular for walks outdoors;my kid enjoyed some cycling.     There was plenty of afternoon/evening activities to keep the children occupied. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean. 👍🏻 Along with toys in your room there are computers, a large trampoline and other things to keep the little people happy.
