The apartment hotel is located in the town of Calpe just a few metres from the Levante and Arenal Beach. Alicante Airport is situated at a distance of approximately 80 km from the hotel.

Facility

75 apartments are located on 18 storeys and can be reached by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park (for a fee). Other services include medical assistance, a transfer service, a laundry service and a coin-operated laundry.

Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony is included as standard in some rooms. The rooms have a double bed and a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Extra beds can be requested. For self-catering guests, there is a well-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave and tea/coffee station. There is also a washing machine and an ironing set. A telephone, a TV and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. The bathrooms have a shower and a bathtub.     Stayed at this appartment for 5nights, in second floor, 1D.Reception: Not that hard too find, but not easy to park your car to get inside. Kindly staff, effective checkin.Clean on the floor, but dirty on walls. Kitchen were dirty as well. We only used the refrigrator/Fridge and bought disposable tableware. No dishwasherFirst bedroom had a bathroom. Bathroom were okay, but the shower was dirty with doors only just hangin. Second bedroom had 2 single beds.Bathroom: Clean w/bathtub.Living room was okay.Large Balcony with a view against pool and the saltmine. But we had too was down all chairs and table due too dirt.Washing machine outside the kitchen.Pool were small, There was enough beds, due to people going to the beach. Children were happy.Location were a short walk to the beach and too shops. Mercadona and Consum were 15min walk.Great place to stay but hopefully they Clean the appartment better.

    Spacious and well equiped. Large terras, pools, near the beach, sunny. Kitchen 2 bedroom 2 bathrooms livingroom and kitchen. We would stay here again. Parking in front of the building for free. Easy to find. Lots of stores nearby as well as restaurants.

    We stayed during half term and throughly enjoyed this hotel. For the price paid at that time of year, £31.00 a night, these spotless apartments are fantastic value and have everything you need.Calpe is fantastic, and has plenty to do for the family, very historic and laid back. If you can handle the fact the you get the keys 10 mins walk, from a sister hotel down the road then for the price, give this hotel a go. You won't disappointed.

    First the good. Floor 13 apartment D. It is a great Apartment with great views. everything clean and working.5 minute slow flat walk to beach.Bad.Getting the keys fiasco. please do your homework because its not easy to find on your first time.If you have a taxi, ask driver to read the notice at the Larimar and then take you down the road to get keys. You will have to leave a hundred pounds or your credit card info.The pool area is very nice BUT. The pool is far too cold to use.The beds are the hardest I have ever slept on.Having said all that, the Lady in reception was very nice and helpful and the girl who changed our beds was nice.
