  Good location and price, terrible accommodation

  Great location very close to the castle, beach, and restaurants but would not recommend thanks to the smelly bathroom and suspect plumbing. It was also very hard to sleep there due to lots of street noise and curtains that don't fully close.

  Very nice apartment across the road from the beach.

  This apartment was in the perfect location for us. It is directly across the road from the beach, and is surrounded by bars and restaurants. There is no reception at the property. When we booked the accommodation, we were sent registration forms which we completed and returned via email, along with a scanned copy of our passport photograph pages. The night before we were due to arrive, we were sent codes to access the property: a code for the keypad at the main entrance, and a further code to open a box hanging from the door handle, which contained the key to the apartment. This was a very simple and straightforward way of checking in and saved having to arrange to meet someone to hand over the key. On leaving we were instructed to leave the key in the kitchen.There is daily maid service, which we did not really expect as it is a self-catering apartment and we had already been provided with two sets of clean towels.All in all, a pleasing apartment. My only slight criticism is that there is not very much kitchen equipment and no can opener, but we mainly ate out.

  Noisy with mold in bathroom

  In the room there was still a lot of noise from outside on Friday and Saturday. This kept us awake at night. There was mold and a mold smell in the bathroom. The toilet was leaking a bit from behind. The rest of the appartment was clean. Sheets and towels were also clean.

  My friend and I stayed 4 nights in this little studio room. Wifi, kitchen, central and very close to the beach. The price was also fair. It was a quiet place except from the garbage truck in the street in the morning. Everything worked well with the booking, key delivery etc. We even had a really good service when we made a mistake and left one key in the lock of the door inside. Then we could neither lock the door nor open it. A guy from the company came quickly and the problem was solved - even with a smile. Very good service!
