Location

The hotel is located in the centre of Alicante, in the commercial and entertainment district and close to the train station, buses and shopping malls. It is also close to the esplanade, marina and beach area, and there is easy access to the fairgrounds and the Ciudad de la Luz. Alicante Airport is located about 15 km away.

4 junior suites, a suite, 14 single rooms and 124 double rooms are located on 8 storeys and can be reached by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by English- and French-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Rooms

    We highly recommend this hotel, the staff were so friendly we got our room earlier than expected which was fantastic.The room was very clean and spacious.Didn’t eat here as there is so many places to eat in Alicante, it’s a 10 min walk to the beach and my partner even got a surprise birthday cake waiting for her which was a nice touch. Thank you to all the staff who made the trip special.Everyone we met was extremely friendly in Alicante.

    The hotel is easy to get to, and the parking is excellent! It is one of the main reasons I chose to stay at this hotel (the other being that it was in walking distance of a meeting I needed to get to). I parked a large SUV in the garage without too much of a problem. The welcome at reception was warm, friendly and efficient. It is always nice to be greeted by people who come across as genuine, rather than simply sticking to a script. The room was basic (as I espected). But the bed was comfortable, there was a master light switch by the bed and plenty of places to plug in devices by the bedside. There was also a good supply of water. The bathroom was not great, with very rough towels, basic amenities and a floor that featured the last guest's hair.

    This hotel is not 4*. Not sure how this rating could be appropriate? It has no pool (which we knew, not a problem as was Dec). The gym is the size of a lounge with very few pieces of equipment very small sauna and steam rooms. The bar was not open on the Saturday and Sunday evenings which seemed odd! We ordered the romantic package (wine and fruit) which I assumed would be in the room on check in (it wasn't) but was delivered sometime on the first evening when we were out - so pretty pointless at 11.30pm after copious drinks and food already lol.2 teabags per day and 2 small milk portions are not enough! The hotel is very noisy (bar across the road, general noise, bin men and generally poor insulation between rooms and floors - dragging furnitureat 7am!). Staff seem nice. Bedrooms a good size. Bathroom and shower really good. Beds very comfortable and massive! But duvet cover doesn't fit the duvet (gives a poor impression). Loved Alicante and the hotel was ok for our 3 nights but bear the above in mind. When we come back we will saty elsewhere.
