This hotel was horrible. The staff was not nice and when it came up a problem they didn’t help us. So when we reached out to the maneger he told ut we haven’t told the staff but we did. So the staff lied about everything. It’s unexpectable. I don’t recommend.

Perfect spot to walk to all attractions

Simple check in earlier than we were supposed to but they got us a nice room with x2 large single beds so slept vey well.Perfect downhill short walk to seafront and vey close to old town too.Very friendly and helpful staff on reception.Would 100% reccomend this place.

I had a very disappointing experience at Eurostars Alicante. The receptionist, Ruslana, was unprofessional, aggressive, and showed no empathy or willingness to help. Instead of trying to resolve the issues I experienced, I felt ignored and treated with disrespect.My stay was completely ruined because of the poor customer service. I expected much better from a hotel in this category. A welcoming and caring attitude from the staff is essential, but unfortunately that was not my experience here.I would not recommend this hotel based on the way guests are treated, and I hope management takes these concerns seriously and improves their customer service.

A wonderful hotel in the center of Alicante.Clean and spacious rooms, delicious breakfast, attentive and friendly reception staff.This is the 6th time we has stayed at Eurostars Lucentum hotel and it has become our home in Alicante ??Thank you guys very much.We will be back. Sure??

Gloomy dark small room. Souless. No view. No balcony and no outdoor access. Room small. Business hotel. Not for vacationers.
