Facility

10 junior suites, 18 single rooms and 141 double rooms are located on 10 storeys and can be reached by lift.     A wonderful hotel in the center of Alicante.Clean and spacious rooms, delicious breakfast, attentive and friendly reception staff.This is the 6th time we has stayed at Eurostars Lucentum hotel and it has become our home in Alicante 🫶Thank you guys very much.We will be back. Sure👍

    Gloomy dark small room. Souless. No view. No balcony and no outdoor access. Room small. Business hotel. Not for vacationers.

    What a lovely hotel.Great location, literally across the food market , tram and bus to airport.Everything you need in room, mini fridge etc. Comfy bed pillows.Breakfast was plenty with an apple pie to die for You can ask for cooked eggs etcIf you need toiletries you can ask reception.5 star if you ask me 

    This was not a 4 star hotel standard. The toilet was outdated. The room stank of cleaning products when we arrived so we had to weather. The bed was big but very firm. The hotel bar/cafe was randomly open and only Monday to Thursday evenings. The TV was only Spanish channels and was not a smart TV. Due to the fact we were staying 9 days we bought a HDMI cable and connected to our phone to watch a film. We were given free minibar due to the TV situation but it wasn’t refilled every day. No drinking water in the room due to the minibar not being refilled. Coffee and tea not refilled. The hotel had a sizable rooftop but no seats or sun-beds. Breakfast was okay, Nothing special.

    Stayed just the one night on a busy Saturday in central Alicante. Lovely big en-suite room with 3 beds, all looking modern and clean and worthy of its 4 star rating costing us a total of €232 euros so not a bad price. Staff all friendly and welcoming in this well kept city centre hotel
