  ????? Perfect stay at Dorma Hotel, Alicante! My mom and I came for a lovely mommy-daughter trip for 3 nights, and we stayed at the Dorma Hotel — it was absolutely perfect. The service wasn’t 5-star… it was 10-star! We were treated like royalty from start to finish. ?? The pool is quite small but it’s lovely — we didn’t spend much time there anyway, we were too busy exploring! The hotel is centrally located right by the castle — perfect. The night staff were absolutely wonderful. We did have a little issue our first night — our bathroom had a funny sewage smell — but that wasn’t the hotel’s fault at all. And honestly? Their response was 10-star all over again. They moved us straight away to another room — this one had a bath on our balcony! It was fantastic! ??? It was my mom’s birthday, and they made it so special — complimentary champagne with breakfast, and even a bottle on checkout too! ?? We got a lovely welcome pack when we arrived, and another pack to take home with us — they really think of everything. This town is beautiful and truly Spanish — we popped into Benidorm and lasted 45 minutes, it just wasn’t for us. But here? Santa Pola and this area? Absolutely stunning. ???? Out of everywhere we’ve stayed, this is honestly one of the best hotels we’ve ever been to. We’re already planning to come back — we love it that much! 100% recommend ??   How’s that, lovely? ???

  I loved this hotel. Attention to detail was amazing.Soper comfy bed with great quality sheets and pillows.You don't have to leave a deposit for a pool towel.Kettle, Coffee and tea in the room.Massive bath sheets (not just bath towels).Maria on reception was super nice, really helpful, she spent a lot of time with me explaining busses to Alicante and other helpful tips.Irish guy on coffe/bar was so pleasant.Everyone at breakfast was working so hard. It was very busy and the food was really fresh and all different kinds of breads.Rooftop pool was a delight with comfy loungers.Well presented gym was the icing on the cake.The whole hotel was very clean and super modern.Grrst location.   Good Hotel with excellent staff

  Excellent hotel in a lovely part of Santa Pola.,beautifully refurbished.Our room was on the fifth floor ,corner room with view over main and side street .Very good typical Spanish Hotel breakfast We did not have good weather but the roof top would have been great for sunbathing The staff were all very friendly and could not do enough to help I would like to give a special mention to Marie who went out of her way to help us , she has a very good Customer Service ethic .   Easter visit

  Stayed at this hotel over the easter holidays. We visit Santa Pola often and while there in January we walked past the hotel and noticed that it had been redone or bought out. We looked online and were pleasantly surprised by how it looked so booked to stay there over easter. The hotel is modern and clean is appealing to the eye. It is located very central, with a minute walk to the main square, 5 minutes to the beach and port, and 5 minutes to the bus station. With some shops and convenience stores very close by and a mercadona a few minutes up the road.We got to Santa Pola early morning and were able to go in and drop off our bags well before check in opened. All the staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. We had no issue with any language barrier. Our room was located on the second floor, corner room overlooking the main street and side street. The room itself was massive with a bed to match. It had to have been a double king and comfy. The room had tea and coffee facilities, TV, mini bar (with additional charges), wardrobe and a full length mirror. It was very clean and modern. The bathroom was a good size with a very good shower and an anti fog mirror. Even the hairdryer was as good as the ones you'd have for home unlike most hotel hairdryers. Even though we were on the main street, any noise did not bother us or keep us awake at night. The hotel has two lifts and one staircase going all the way up to the roof where they have a small gym with a few cardio machines and very minimal weights and a pool. We didn't use the pool but went for a look. Its more of a plunge pool what it excepted for a hotel of this size but looked nice and with space around it to sunbathe. We booked room only as we know Santa Pola well so we wanted to eat out at our favourite places so cannot comment on the breakfast / restaurant facilities. We had a very relaxing and comfortable stay and will definitely be booking here again in the future.   Beautiful, new hotel. A big surprise. Top, modern and ‘warm’ design. Very nice, also English speaking staff. Very reasonable prices. Very good breakfast. In short: a great expierence in the heart of the charming city of Santa Pola. Very short walking diatance to the big Square with the restaurants and the sea/beach.
