  Been late at giving a review but had to give my experience of this hotel and gran Alicante. The hotel was lovely could not fault it room was excellent my room was at the back of the hotel lovely large balcony with sun all day staff again couldn’t fault I did do my research and new this was an airport / business hotel and new this was not a tourist hotel if your looking for lots of bars and restaurants then head to Alicante but I found there was enough bars with excellent restaurants and live music most amazing beach would be back no problem at all as the last review said honest reviews that’s not true it’s depends on what your looking for in a holiday

  True and honest review to help people choose the correct hotel. AJ Alacant is facing a very busy highway which has traffic day and night. The balconies are unuseable unless you can stand traffic noise. The balcony does get morning sun. I would recommend the back of the hotel , view not brilliant but it’s very quiet. Breakfast was very mediocre. Staff not particularly friendly although lady on reception moved us to back of hotel with a smile and no fuss. The surrounding areas have limited bars/coffee houses as it is an urbanisation. The buses go to Santa Pola and Alicante and from Alicante you can go further if you want to.

  Just back from a 3 night stay. I could not fault them at all. Room as lovely, cleaned every day and fresh towels daily. Large bathroom with walk in shower and nice soaps etc. Balcony was very spacious and although it looked over a busy road, we couldn't really hear the traffic that much and the evening sunshine/sunsets made up for it. Staff were all friendly and polite. Food was excellent with a wide spread buffet for breakfast and good choices from a la carte in eveings. Only ten minutes form airport and close to all amenties - 5 mins walk to excellent supermarket, shops bars resturants & bus stop. Reception were particularly helpful with our queries and give us a late checkout. One small complaint maybe was that the sunbeds could do with a wipe down at night, they seemed to still have residue of suncream and oil stains on them next morning. Other than that rooftop pool was clean and very tidy and pool was spotlessly sparkling. We would recommed this hotel and we stayed in back in June with 2 friends and we will definitley be back again. Great value!

  September 26 break from the UKA lovely hotel with comfortable rooms and beds. Great shower. Great toiletries and great breakfast.staff in the dining room are especially polite and helpful. Rooms cleaned daily to an excellent standard. Pool on roof top wasn't used but I did lie on sunbeds there one morning. Things which we didn't like...the safe in the room isn't secured in place so someone could take off with whole safe and hairdryer is hard to handle keeping the handle constantly pressed in. I get it is for safety reasons but would prefer hairdryer out of the bathroom that you didn't need to press in. Our room also overlooked the busy main road so sitting on balcony wasn't really something we did. Overall a good experience. In a good position for visiting Santa Pola, Santa pola lighthouse, Benidorm, Rojales, Guadalest, waterfalls, Alicante and even got the train to Calpe.

  Fabulous hotel clean,rooms are lovely and the shower was amazing staff were all very helpful and friendly
