Guests are warmly welcomed by multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock.     Great location about a mile out of Alicante. Catch 21 or 22 bus straight into town. 5 min journey. Uber 10 euros. Hotel was spotlessly clean. Get a delux room so you see the sea otherwise it is a wall. The tennis courts are worn out and not owned by the hotel. 8 euros for one hour. Just about playable on but not if it has rained. Breakfast was ok. The scrambled eggs were tasteless. Fruit and pastries good.     10 mins outside centre, unassuming hotel but staff very attentive when required. Rooms clean and bed and pillows very comfortable indeed. Downside , nothing near by really unless your willing to walk a steep hill up to main road 10mins . Decent value though for price I paid.     Overall very good experience.Receptionists very professional and attentive. The same for the housekeeping, very professional and always let everything clean and tidy.I didn’t use all the amenities/facilities but overall I think the offer was really good.The room was upgraded, having a small balcony, and the room itself had a lot of space, and a view to the sea - what else you can ask? (Very good value for the money)The location, 10 minutes away from either Alicante or San Juan beach, using the tram or the bus, is good. There is also another beach nearby - Albufereta beach.It’s a quiet zone, means almost no noise during the night.In the end, you have what you paid for.
