Had an amazing 5 days staying hereGood location 10min bus ride from alicante center and around 25 min from airport in taxi.We had a lovey room with a little side sea view.Clean towels everday and cleaned room.Its not a big hotel and it feel very friendly and like family.Not high floors either and there is a lift.Bus stop to town just cross the road and down a bit. 1.30 €each way.Alicante is amazing we loved it- pleanty to do and to enjoy!A great city. Would recommend to all ages.Not far from beach just down the lane.Not the best beach as its a bit black but down the road about 15min there is an amzing beach in san juan.We also had bikes in package was soo handy to get around. Loved this!!! Save time and saved us time.Pleanty of bara tapas food places nearby with in 10min on bike. Check google maps- it will become your best friend in locating.One of the cleaniest hotel ive been to in ages.Rooms was a bit compacked but had everything you needed with mini fridge which was handy.There are about 2/3 shops down the road and a bigger one around 10 min walk.mercodona worth a visit.All staff were so nice.Lovely drinks at bar. And great service.Food - breakfast was great lovely.Dinner- was ok not a lot of options.If you want it fresh get down early!If i came again id just have breakfast. B&B Pool area nice and clean very relaxingNice food of the menu.I would deffo come again was lovely location even though we went into center every day it was nice to come back to less noise and hussle and bussle and just relax.

Absolutely fantastic stay! Hotel Boutique Calas de Alicante exceeded my expectations. The hotel has a lovely, relaxing atmosphere, everything was clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.The location was good ( bus over the road) .The whole experience felt personal and well cared for, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Beautiful breakfast and enjoyed sea view from my room. Small beach around 300m from hotel.I would happily stay here again and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Alicante. A wonderful boutique hotel and an easy 10/10!

Not a 4-star experience – disappointing location

The hotel itself is not too bad, but unfortunately the location is a big disappointment. The biggest issue for us was the beach nearby. It is definitely not a beach I would recommend for swimming or relaxing. The area is heavily used by dog owners and there was a very unpleasant smell of dog urine in many places. We ended up having to travel elsewhere whenever we wanted to enjoy a proper beach, which is quite disappointing when staying in Alicante.The pool area could also do with some maintenance and renovation. Some areas look worn, faded and chipped, and even simply repainting and refreshing them would make a big difference. The pool itself is also quite small.Overall, the hotel is acceptable, but considering the price we paid, I expected a much better standard and location. There are definitely too many negatives for me to consider this a genuine 4-star experience. Personally, I would rate it closer to 3 stars.

Gorgeous Hotel with fabulous staff

We have recently come back from a trip away, eight of us on a girlie weekend. This hotel is fabulous and I totally recommend it! The food was lovely with lots of choice. The cocktails were amazing too! The rooms, although on the small size were perfectly adequate and very modern with a lovely view over the pool (room 116)Theres a lovely cold water cooler in reception which you can refill your bottles with anytime.A special shout out must go to the fabulous staff who couldn't do enough for us?? They were so polite and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The bar and kitchen staff (Diego, Luciano, Antonio,Eve, Pilar, Alejandro and Adil) were brilliant at keeping us topped up with well made cocktails and snacks and reception ( Angela, Miguel, Roberto and Santi) were always on hand to offer us tourist tips and pool towels. The pool area and public areas were always spotless. Our rooms had towels changed and beds made every day by (Giannina, Marcela, Montse, Daniela and Claudia) and always smelt really clean. The hotel is about a 10 mins Uber from Alicante town or there is a bus, but there are also some lovely little shops close by. Across the road is a great karaoke bar which we really enjoyed on our last night...and made friends with the friendly local Spanish residents... Sharing a song or two ????Thank you to all of the staff who made our trip so fabulous ?? We will certainly be back
