    This hotel is lovely & clean, all staff friendly, lots of hanging space for clothes, toiletries in the bathroom & a lovey shower. A fridge & safe in the room is also included. The hotel is central to everything, short walk to the marina, lots of lovey bars & restaurants nearby.

    Lovely hotel in a lovely location. Spotlessly clean everywhere.Staff very friendly and helpful Our room was a decent size. Plenty of toiletries. Use of a fridge for storing water etc. Plenty of wardrobe space with hangers Use of digital safety in the wardrobe at no extra cost. Beds were extremely comfortable with spare pillows etc if required.

    Mid sized hotel in city centre, on bus route 6 from airport direct to the Mercado stop and a 3 minute walk to hotel. The room was good size, modern and has A/C, toiletries in bathroom with a great walk in shower, bed was super comfortable., lots of storage.We were at the front of the hotel (301) so it was very noisy from traffic on Saturday night but after that there was no issue. We only had breakfast once, there area few options but it’s pretty basic and its nice to go out for a wander to see where the locals eat, try at Luceros there’s a few to choose from 5 mins away. The reception staff were all excellent, we were checked in quickly, a lift is available too. A 15 minute walk through the city will take you to the esplanade which is beautiful beside the marina. There are lots of lovely bars/restaurants within a short walk either direction but please try Greens just over the road from the hotel, this was our best meal during our stay.Overall this trip was great, the hotel is in a great location for the castle and the mercado and I’d recommend staying here.

    Lovely hotel. Very reasonable, great location, 5 min walk to marina and less than 1 minutes walk to supermarket and retail shops. Local market nearby. Bus stop to train station and airport less than 100m walk. Friendly staff 24hr reception.

    I stayed for 7 nights from the 6th of may Nice hotel in a great location. All the staff were nice and spoke English well. I had a 5th floor room and heard hardly any noise. The only reason that I didn't give 5 stars is that the air con only worked very intermittently But it was a great value for money hotel and I will definitely return and would recommend it.
