This beach hotel has an ideal location next to St Barbara's castle and is a few metres from El Postiguet beach and the Marina. In 100 metres guests can find a shopping centre with restaurants and leisure services and the historic and shopping centre is 1 km from the hotel. Nearby the hotel there is a tram stop with a connection to several towns in the Costa Blanca area and theme parks such as Terra Mitica, Terra Natura and Aqualandia. El Altet Airport is 12 Km away.

194 rooms, including 20 single rooms, are located on 10 storeys and can be reached by 2 lifts. Guests are warmly welcomed by multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access (for a fee) is provided in public areas.     Such a lovely hotel with great staff all of them were really pleasant.The room we stayed in 806 was fantastic the bed and pillows were so comfy.The hotel is up a hilly road but there is a bus stop outside and taxis take 5 minutes.     This hotel is perfect , for a tranquil break. It is only 15 mins walk to city centre and bus/tram options beside it also. The bedroom was very clean, air-conditioned and had a fabulous view of the beach. The staff were very helpful and courteous. Beautiful pool , and theres a small bar along side it.     Me and my wife had a lovely 4 days in Alicante stopping at the hotel Maya. Got the C6 bus from airport which stops just up the road. And the number 2 goes into the cantre which is right outside the front door of hotel. But it's only 15 minutes walking to beach and centre. The hotel was great staff very friendly and the room with sea view was amazing. We stopped bed and breakfast and had some lovely meals out. But you can book lunch or dinner in hotel. Pool side bar also does great food.We would highly recommend to stop here.     This hotel really did tick all my boxes.We had a lovely room and, when we arrived, we were given the option to upgrade to a sea view, which we decided to do. We were so pleased we did.Breakfast had everything you needed to set you up for the day, with plenty of choice.The pool area was really welcoming and there always seemed to be enough sunbeds available. We actually preferred sitting in the shaded bar area, which was a lovely place to relax with a drink and escape the heat.We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis, but on a couple of occasions we ordered a snack from the poolside bar and I have to say, the food was excellent.The location was perfect for us. It was far enough away from the main area to be peaceful and quiet, but only around a 10 to 15 minute walk when we wanted to be amongst everything. The train station wasn’t far away either, and taxis were so inexpensive that getting around the area was quick and easy.Most importantly, everyone we came across was really friendly and helpful, which always makes such a difference to a holiday.Probably the best recommendation we can give is that we have already booked to come back next July!Thank you for a lovely stay.     Lovely stay in Alicante

    The location of the hotel was ideal for bus and Tram stops. A short walk down to the beach. The hotel had a relaxed atmosphere although the sun loungers on the sun terrace were in need of repair or replacement. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, an ample supply of toiletries and super air conditioning, which was very welcome. The staff were attentive and very helpful. Would certainly stay there again.
