Location

This charming business hotel enjoys an ideal location between Postiguet beach and the marina, next to the Marina de Levante recreation area, the new maritime promenade and the new Casino. The maritime station where crafts set sail to Tabarca Island is nearby and it is around 200m from Alicante’s tourist and shopping centre. A few metres from the hotel guests will find a tram stations with connections to several towns in the Costa Blanca area and theme parks, such as Terra Mítica, Terra Natura and Aqualandia. It is 12 km to the nearest airport.

Facility

The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. Additional facilities include a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Further services and facilities include 24-hour room service, a laundry service and a hotel doctor. The business centre is on hand for guests' business requirements and provides a projector.

The fitness rooms are perfect for a comprehensive workout. Various wellness options are available at the hotel, including a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a hammam, massage treatments, hydrotherapy treatments, a solarium and a hydrojet massage.

Meals

Dining facilities include a restaurant, a café and a bar. Catering options include half board and full board. A fortifying breakfast is served daily. Vegetarian dishes and vegan food can be prepared on request.

    We often stay in Alicante and have alternated between Meliá and Amerigo. After Innside opened, we started choosing that hotel because of its proximity to the sea. We had originally booked a studio room. We’ve stayed here several times before and think the loft rooms are better, so we called and upgraded to a loft for an extra €48. When we’ve had both loft and studio rooms in the past, they were much more spacious and included a bathtub in the room.However, when we arrived today, we were given a standard Innside room even though we had paid for a loft. The staff were not accommodating and came across as rude. We’d had enough and decided to move to Amerigo, which always offers excellent service. There, we were welcomed with a glass of cava, and our luggage was brought up to the room.In the end, we had to pay for two rooms that night because we were so frustrated by the poor service. We felt misled. Extremely poor service at Innside — avoid it. You pay a lot for very little.     Public areas are immaculate ,chic and modern. Our room on the fourth floor was shabby and poorly maintained( see pictures). Location excellent. Sea view rooms get sun in the mornings, harbour view rooms sun in the evenings( but you also get traffic noise etc from this side.     Have been to Alicante several times but first time staying here. They say first impressions count so for a hotel it’s the check in procedure and this one was poor. Waited 25 minutes (got there at 11am) and was informed though room wasn’t ready for €30 it could or we would need to wait to 4pm which we chose a slow and beholder 3.55pm our room was ready.Whilst only one staff member was checking people in 3 or 4 others milled around ignoring guests instead of trying to expedite matters, same at the bar, you go up and get ignored for several minutes and you only go up because you get fed up waiting at your table for someone to approach you!!Rooms are basic and tired, and the insulation is awful can literally here next door run a tap or their TVChoose sea side not port side isa good tip as noise is unbelievable Charging guests €35 euro deposit for a sunbed towel? Come on that’s pathetic €28 euro per head for breakfast? Totally not worth it, avoid and go out side where it will cost you half this for a couple.
