My wife and I enjoyed our four night stay in this hotel to celebrate my wife´s birthday. The staff were friendly and helpful, special thanks to Miguel (I think that was his name) who helped sort out a problem on my phone. Also the tall waiter with a beard at breakfast, he had an usual name, who we enjoyed a chat with each morning.Special thanks to the chef for the carrot cake at breakfast which was the best we have ever tasted.One thing that spoilt our stay was the loud music that started in the morning and went on until late. We were on the first floor and it was quite loud the whole time we were in our room. We advise asking for a room on a higher floor.But we really enjoyed our stay and will be visiting again.

The rooms appear more luxurious than they are, a bit like the kings new clothes. No bidet , we did not bring many clothes but 6 hangers,2 shallow drawers is not enough, allthough we found a use for the" modern " decore railing around the room to hang some on , the staff. were 50/50, but great breakfasts , the worst thing for us was the constant music from about 8.30am till 12 midnight so nowhere to sit in peace and read or get the view, I did speak to a staff member about this he seemed to think I did not like the choice but it was the the incessant noise ,not too laud but enough that I could hear it in the room on the second floor. However we did enjoy our holiday in El Compello by eating out somwhere quiet.

Wonderful hotel with a fantastic location, cant fault jova, the food, drinks and staff all exemplary! Can't wait to go back, back to the sea view! A fantastic and relaxing stay.

One of the most pleasant hotels we have ever stayed in.We visit El Campello regularly but decided to treat ourselves to a stay at Jova in April 25 for our honeymoon, the rooms are really nicely outfitted, the bed was comfortable, the balcony has a retractable awning that doubles as a sun blind for the morning.The staff are exceptional, they made us feel very welcome, the breakfast is fantastic.We could not find any fault with our stay and enjoyed it so much we have rebooked for November.Thank you Jova - nos vemos en Noviembre! Brilliant - loved it!

The hotel was exactly what we wanted - smart, well decorated, right on the beachfront (without a road in between), lovely people and great food. the room was lovely, with a great balcony looking out to see past the palm trees - listened to the waves all night!
