  Wonderful hotel with a fantastic location, cant fault jova, the food, drinks and staff all exemplary! Can't wait to go back, back to the sea view!   A fantastic and relaxing stay.

  One of the most pleasant hotels we have ever stayed in.We visit El Campello regularly but decided to treat ourselves to a stay at Jova in April 25 for our honeymoon, the rooms are really nicely outfitted, the bed was comfortable, the balcony has a retractable awning that doubles as a sun blind for the morning.The staff are exceptional, they made us feel very welcome, the breakfast is fantastic.We could not find any fault with our stay and enjoyed it so much we have rebooked for November.Thank you Jova - nos vemos en Noviembre!   The hotel was exactly what we wanted - smart, well decorated, right on the beachfront (without a road in between), lovely people and great food. the room was lovely, with a great balcony looking out to see past the palm trees - listened to the waves all night!   We wanted to visit a different area of Alicante, I chose this hotel because of location.The rooms on the top floor were quite small but adequate and give that boutique feel. We had rooms facing the sea, which turned out to feel that you were actually in a washing machine all night as it was louder than expected.Stayed here for 4 nights, struggled to get hot water in the mornings for a shower.We were on half board but didn’t realise you actually received a cut down menu you could choose from, don’t get me wrong the food was still very good. Maybe if you received an allowance from the main menu you could have other options. Some nights we were never offered a drink, one night we asked for a bottle of wine and got 3 small glasses, I think just to charge you more. A couple of members of the restaurant staff were great and would engage, others made you felt you were an inconvenience, which was rather a shame when we had spent €1,500 on our stay at the hotel.The breakfast offered, bread, crossiant, fruit, cold meat and cheese which was ok.   Second visit this year!!

  We visited this hotel in May for my husband’s 80th birthday and after a very relaxing stay, decided to return for my birthday a couple of weeks ago. The hotel is perfectly situated and each time we had a room with balcony and sea view… literally just over the beach , lovely to hear the sound of the sea….The staff went out of their way to make the stay very pleasurable ( surprising me with a cake and cava at breakfast in my birthday!) , and we enjoyed some lovely food in the Xarxa restaurant! Sadly we opted to eat there on my birthday and ordered fillet steaks ( which had been perfect in May!) but were not good at all and had to be returned. We were then offered alternatives… The only other slight criticism is with regard to the breakfasts - perfect for me, but the hot plates of bacon and scrambled eggs leave a lot to be desired for anyone wanting something close to an English breakfast!!
