    THE WORST HOTEL WE'VE BEEN IN BY FAR. THE AIR CONDITIONING IN THE ROOMS DIDN'T WORK AND YOU COULDN'T GO OUT ON THE TERRACE AS THERE WERE SWALLOWS' NESTS AND ANTS. EXCESSIVE PRICES (12 EUROS A PLASTIC CUP). LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE. IN SHORT, HOTEL DE RUINA MASKED IN LUXURY HOTEL. THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU COME. Originally submitted in Spanish on www.tripadvisor.es.     Th apartments are luxurious, built around an outdoor swimming pool. Just very short walk away from La Sella golf course. The Course has 27 holes with plenty of variety and is well maintained. The Dutch Caddy Master is top! If you lodge in the apartments it's well worth taking a package to eat breakfast in the adjoining Marriott Hotel. The breakfast is really excellent wih live cooking and the staff are super friendly and helpful under the guidance and leader ship of the excellent General Manager Jerome Gateau.The Wellness facility of gym, pool, sauna, steam and outdoor jacuzzi is also excellent.If you want to overwinter on the Costa Blanca you can't do better than the Residences La Sella. Sup climate, top service and facilities and an easy drive to Denia, Xabia, Valencia, Alicante, Altea and Benidorm. We leave in a few weeks for our third longstay and we can't wait!

    We stayed in a three bedroomed apartment at the residences which was in fact both an apartment and a studio. The comfort was outstanding and special mention must go to the high level of cleanliness we experienced. The beds were very very comfortable with a range of pillows to suit everyone. The grounds were immaculate. The pool area stunning, clean and safe with a pool attendant on hand during opening times.We visited all the hotel restaurants and cocktail bar during out stay and feel the food and service are under reviewed. We thought everything was exceptional and all the staff we encountered were professional helpful and kind.We also ate out in Denia but felt the food quality and ambience were better at the hotel.I would echo other comments about needing a car as taxis were not reliable.However we were satisfied with the luxury of the apartments and the hotel to enjoy relaxing and using the spa without needing to travel far but it depends what kind of holiday you are looking for.We are not golfers but the course looked popular.There was just one minor negative in that the kitchen area was lacking in a few basics for example tea towel…oven gloves…scissors. We asked for various items but they never showed up. I also managed a successful on line delivery order of groceries for those not wanting to car hire.A wonderful relaxing holiday within a scenic setting. Would highly recommend.

    This was our third visit to Denia in recent years and our second staying at the Denia La Sella golf resort. We previously stayed in the adjacent hotel but thought we would try the residences this time; we weren't disappointed. We had a one bedroom apartment which was the ideal size for my wife, son and I. Full kitchen and washing machine, easy parking and a decent pool. Plus full use of the hotel facilities including gym and a buffet breakfast every morning. A fantastic relaxing break, we will be back.     We have just returned from a fantastic week here, we couldn’t fault a thing. Amazing place, the staff were so helpful, free WiFi across resort, plenty of sun beds around pool for the La Sella residents. I would highly recommend and we will be going back!
