Location

This medieval complex (camping) is situated between Benidorm and Alfaz del Pí, 6 km from Rincon de Loix in Benidorm, 10 km from Benidorm centre and 7 km from El Albir beach.

Facility

The bungalow complex has a lift and features 250 apartments. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The complex has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the complex feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand, a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (for a fee). Further services and facilities include a childcare service and a laundry service. Bicycles can be kept in the bicycle storage area.

Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can relax on the balcony or terrace. Rooms have a double bed or a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a minibar are also available. The kitchenette comes with a refrigerator and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A telephone, a TV and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower, a bathtub and a whirlpool bath. A hairdryer is also provided. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. Family rooms are available for parents with children.

Sport

Guests can work out or just relax in the outdoor and indoor pools. Kids can splash about in a special swimming area just for them. The pool area also includes a hot tub, a waterslide and a pool bar. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. For guests who wish to keep active, cycling/mountain biking, tennis and archery are available. Sports enthusiasts are also offered a wide range of indoor activities, including a gym, table tennis, billiards, darts, callisthenics and aerobics. There is a wellness area with a spa and a hammam and, for an additional fee, a sauna and massage treatments. Guests of all ages have the opportunity to enjoy a fun entertainment programme.

Meals

Dining facilities include a restaurant, a café and a bar. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board, full board and all-inclusive. A delicious and varied buffet awaits guests at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Diet meals, gluten-free meals and children's meals can be prepared on request. In addition, special catering options and snacks are available. The complex offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    The worst all inclusive resort I have ever stayed in from start to finish the full place was a total waste of money the food was disgusting and freezing cold the restaurant is filthy with greasy slippy floor the staff are rude and unhelpful the lodges are ok but not cleaned properly some days not even at all the ultra all inclusive is a total waste of money the themed restaurants are awful especially the fryer tucks they serve you a plate of random unidentified meat full of bones the medevial show is boring and mostly in Spanish the hotel is completely run down looking and over crowded half the facilities we paid for were closed during our stay including the gin bar the spa and the ice cream trucks the food trucks food that were open was bellow average the drinks are awful spent over 100 euros on inflatables for the kids there not allowed them in the top pool only the pool that’s 1ft deep my son got a massive splinter in his food of the warped decking overall an absolute disgrace I’d avoid at all costs Magic Robin Hood, Encargado del hostal at Magic Robin Hood, responded to this review Dear Guest,We are truly sorry to hear about your experience during your stay with us and we appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.     Stayed here for a week, was quite nice apart from a odd little issue.Negatives : bed harder than a flood.Missed filling up our lodge with sugar and coffee twice.On arrival we had empty milk packets left.Drunk ####heads smashed glass on the floor ended up cutting my leg. (Not the hotels fault but wasn't cleaned straight away).Hot tub got cold quite fast.Positives : lion heart premium lodge plenty of space, clean.Plenty of sun loungers without going early hours can arrive anytime and still plenty of choice.Hotel staff was lovely and helpful.Food was fine.Plenty of activities going on definitely not short of things to do.Taxis can be booked on the Uber app no need to wait at reception.Weather was amazing too.Staying premium we had our own ques which didn't make a difference also our own premium seating at the buffets, we did have seating at the pool but wasn't needed as plenty of sun loungers.All in all we did have a great time apart from the little issues but it is what it is.Thank you magic robin hood for a lovely time and I'm sure we will be back soon.     Robin Hood Resort BenidormVery disappointing stay overall. The food was the biggest issue — massive selection but extremely poor quality. Most of it tasted bland, greasy, cheap, and repetitive every day. Even the hot food was barely warm.The beer selection was terrible. Across the whole resort there were only two beers on tap, neither tasted nice and both went flat within seconds. Definitely not a place for beer drinkers as the bars mainly focus on spirits and cocktails.Entertainment was only average, and the walk back to the accommodation at night felt unsafe due to how dark the resort paths were with very poor lighting.Only positive was loveholidays.ie and the transfers, which were excellent from start to finish. The bad experience was completely down to the hotel itself.     If you want pools and entertainment then you've got the right place, anything else forget it unless you want to pay through the nose. We booked as a family group yet ended up with units nowhere near eachother. I visited reception to inform them about medical needs, I'm in a wheelchair and all units have steps leading to them, I asked if we could be put in units next to each other but apparently that was impossible, didn't matter that the unit opposite my daughter was empty all the time we were here, As for all inclusive, you get told there's more than 1 restaurants you can eat in, no there's 1 that has repetitive food 3 times a day, not everything is labeled, when it is most of the time it Chef Special, no allergy info. There are other restaurants but unless you pay through the nose to go ultra all inclusive it'll cost you 35€ per adult and 25€ per child to eat in them. Im still here for a few more days, my only regrets is I have got enough money to move us all to a different hotel for the remainder of our holiday.
