Location

This attractive beach hotel can be found just 100 metres from the centre of San Juans. Santa Barbara castle is 500 metres from the hotel and the nearest golf course and the airport are both 8 km away. The hotel is located in Alicante, close to the promenade Paseo de la Explanada, between Postiguet Beach (around 50 m away) and the yachting harbour. There are bars, restaurants, shopping options and leisure facilities all to be found in the surrounding area. The railway station is about 1 km away and Alicante Airport is approximately 10 km from the hotel.

Facility

The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities available at the complex include a baggage storage service and a cash machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities and 6 lifts.     Just returned from a three night fabulous stay with friends at the Melia Alicante over the bank holiday weekend. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel very welcome and check in was a breeze. Our room had a lovely balcony overlooking the marina and was very spacious and clean. Paloma gave us some wonderful recommendations of places to visit and things to see and do. The Level area is wonderful and Gloria does an outstanding job. Francesco and Daniel deserve a special mention but everyone is very friendly and always happy to help. The hotel is perfectly placed between the beach and the marina for exploring the city. We will definitely recommend and be back soon,

    Unbelievable - just unbelievable. Again we had a fantastic Holiday and we have been there so many times and every time we are not disappointed. This is our second home - we just love this Hotel, the staff, the food and the location.

    A Happy Stay with Friends

    I stayed four nights at this hotel. On arrival the Reception staff were welcoming and efficient. My room had a balcony and was overlooking the harbour. The room was clean and had good lighting and a spotless bathroom with walkin shower. I stayed B&B and there was a wide breakfast selection. It was a busy area, so an early visit is recommended. The staff in the restaurant, bar and pool areas were very pleasant and nothing was too much trouble. This hotel is ideally situated to explore Alicante’s sites, restaurants, tapas bars and beach areas. I would highly recommend this hotel and will probably visit again in the future.
