Location

This resort, built over the cliff, is located in a residential area, just 1 km from several little beaches and 5 km from El Campello. There is a bus stop with connections to El Campello 100 m away and 2 km away guests can find a tram stop with connections to several towns in the Costa Blanca region and several thematic parks, such as Terra Mitica and Terra Natura. Alicante and Benidorm are both 20 km away.

Facility

4 suites, 64 apartments, 32 studios and 6 single rooms are located on 2 storeys and can be reached by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities available at the apartment hotel include a cloakroom, a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. There are a number of shops as well. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a childcare service, a car hire service, a transfer service, room service, a laundry service and a hotel shuttle bus. The business centre is on hand for guests' business requirements and provides a projector.

Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. In most units, guests can enjoy a view of the sea from a balcony or terrace. Rooms have a double bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator, a microwave and a tea/coffee station. There is also a washing machine and an ironing set. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. A hairdryer and a telephone are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. The hotel has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

Sport

Guests can work out or just relax in the outdoor and indoor pools. Kids can splash about in a special swimming area just for them. Refreshing drinks at the pool bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub offer the perfect way to unwind. A terrace with sun loungers and parasols is available. Those who wish to stay active while on holiday can enjoy tennis and beach volleyball. For a fee, golf is also available. Water sports available at the apartment hotel include snorkelling, and guests can also enjoy windsurfing, banana boat rides, sailing, catamaraning and diving for an additional fee. Table tennis and billiards or, for a fee, a gym, are among the sport and leisure options available. There is a wellness area with a range of services, including a spa, a sauna and a steam bath. In addition, a spa and massage treatments are available for a fee. Parents can unwind while the kids can participate in an entertainment programme full of fun activities.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a restaurant (with high chairs), a breakfast room, a café and a bar. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board, full board and all-inclusive. A delicious and varied buffet is prepared for breakfast every day, and a set menu can be ordered at lunch and dinner. Staff are also happy to provide children's meals. The hotel offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    Sorry not to be on the ocean side ... room was a long way from lobby had to call maintenance for shower ...     A beautiful little spanish town build on the cliffs with an amazing view over the sea. The rooms are inside the small houses. Pool, bar and restaurants. I would recomend the italian restaurant next to the reseption! Love the food there. For the mostly a very friendly staff (speaks spanish and some english), not to happy with the front desk, everything was a problem to them... There is a little bus that runs to and from the hotel several times a day, to the closest city (El Campello) and to the TRAM (small train to Alicante, Benidorm, Altea and Calpe). My second stay here.     Family Easter weekend. Overall disappointing. Some of the rooms are dated and old. No entertainment or live music at night. Many stairs at the property. Not suitable for people with walking issues. Pool was contaminated but we did not see it being closed and properly cleaned. (Reported the issue). No Restaurants within walking distance only the on site restaurant. The buffet restaurant is on 3 levels. The food was good. Freshly cooked fish or meat. Breakfast was also very good with lots of choices. Staff was helpful and friendly. We have been to other occidental 4* Hotels and felt this was not the same standard.     Location- high up, need car and be able to walk for extended periods. Views are stunning as a result! The complex is beautiful. Breakfast was fine- all you need really. The Italian restaurant on site was closed and is closed, I believe, for another few weeks. The other restaurant was okay too- nothing to write home about. Our room- garden view deluxe- was great. No kitchen ware but to get a kettle, microwave and hob as well as washing machine. To get plates, cutlery etc you just tired to request from reception and they’ll bring up. We found the room to be spot on- all you need and very clean and well presented. Be aware that noise travels and a few nights we were disturbed by couples arguing.Lovely places to visit nearby- Altea was beautiful ( gorgeous white-walled old town- a trek to get to the top but well worth. VillaJoyousia- haven’t spelt that correct- was worth a visit too- lovely yellow sand and clear water.     Beautiful views. The buildings are also beatiful, like an old village. Breakfast was great! Lots of different dishes. Only negative thing to say is that this hotel is far from shops and tram station.
