  Much better than expected!

  We were fooled! …..by the reviews here on TripAdvisor. We came expecting poor service and cockroaches crawling around the unit, but instead we found a comfortable (but by no means luxurious) and clean and well located apartment within walking distance to the beach. The kitchen had a washing machine, fridge, microwave, small electric range, and stovetop espresso maker to make coffee in the morning and cook bacon and eggs for breakfast. The shower had good water pressure and the beds were comfortable. The surrounding neighborhood was very safe and quiet at night, and we had no difficulty finding street parking for our rental car. The weather in late September was perfect for walking (30 minutes) or biking (15 minutes) into Denia and sampling the many fine restaurants in the old town. We could also walk to Les Rotas for sunbathing and snorkeling. The front desk was available 24hours a day for new towels. My complaints are few: no paper towels or cooking knives in the kitchen, the safe in our room was locked (and nobody came to unlock it as promised), and a small elevator. (We had to carry our rented bikes up one flight of stairs) We didn’t swim in the pool or eat at the buffet, but both looked enjoyable. All in all a great place to for an extended stay in Denia!

  Not perfect, but really enjoyable stay

  Great location, near to beach and some lovely restaurants. Denia Marina is stunning.Pool area was great, very clean. Sunbeds very hard, didn't see any cushions. All staff were great and one of the best coffees we had there!Apartments are a little bit dated. But clean. Bottom of our fridge wasn't in great condition and there was no freezer department in our fridge (Rm 102) which was really disappointing. Not quite enough of the right crockery and utensils and some more sachets of washing up liquid would be useful. When you are only there 7/10 days, it's a waste to buy a whole bottle. and not enough coat hangers!Fantastic size balcony. there were busy moments with school trips and weekend visitors, but got to say the kids were all very well behaved, wasn't a problem.The gym area could be better. Massive space but very little equipment and some broken bits. But the facilities generally were great.All the staff couldn't have been more helpful. we had a wonderful time.Great aircon, lovely atmosphere there and good value for money in June.   Great time in Denia at Ogisaka Gardens

  We stayed at Ona Ogisaka Gardens for 1 week at the being of June 2026. We booked a 1 bed apartment through RCI and were lucky enough to get allocated a 2 bed apartment, which as we were 2 friends was great. We did not have a balcony or terrace as the lounge area had been extended into the balcony and closed it all in and although I was disappointed initially, it was fine as we used that apartment to escape the heat. We self catered and although only 2 hobs, and microwave, we managed really well. Nice fridge with freezer box in it and a washing machine (didn'tuse that). We were given a dish cloth, scourer, tea towel and 1 sachet of washing up liquid (a weeks supply would be useful, we had to buy it) and laundry liquid. The beds were really comfy, great shower and good air conditioning, just generally really good. The outdoor swimming pools were lovely and a pleasant surprise as were told they wouldn't be available until mid June. Had 1 meal in the restaurant and had a coffee during thw day and the staff there and at reception were very friendly and helpful. Generally the accommodation was great. The surrounding area was lovely and quiet, although be aware it is about half an hour walk up to the town and the old town where you get a large choice of restaurants and shops but supermarkets and a choice of about 6 restaurants are within 5 to 15 mins walk.   Nice pool area.staff were very friendly, breakfast was good. Did ask for extra towels which didn't come . But used the washing machine in the end.well equipped appartment,could have done with a tea towel. But bought one.   Nice spacious apartment well equipped. Friendly staff. Near to a beach (not the main one but quite nice). WiFi only 4Mbits and frequently drops out, in this this day and age should be able to do better. Plenty of loungers but no cushions unless you pay. 10 mins to a supermarket 30 into the main restaurants in town.
