  Perfect airport stopover hotel, incredibly quiet room, clean and comfortable

  Beautiful hotel close to Alicante airport. We stopped here for one night after a late flight. Lovely room, extremely clean, spacious and quiet. Breakfast was good.Very helpful staff.We got an Uber into Elche and spent time wandering around old town, very quaint and nice.   Disappointed a little

  Stayed at this hotel Last night . On arrival it looks beautiful hotel . Check in was absolutely fine . Room was spotless clean . We booked full board and went for lunch which was limited del dias menu . Food arrived beautifully presented. Left lunch happy . This is where it went down hill for us . Went to dinner at night looking forward to new tastes . We were presented with the exact same limited menu as lunch . I approached the waiter to say we have ate this menu already and nothing else we fancied was available. We chose our second option which was left uneaten . Absolutely nothing wrong with presentation or actual food . We had to pick something we didn't actually want . No chicken option which is what I would have liked . Went to room for sleep and found the room extremely noisy with passing planes constantly flying low . When the hotel restaurant, bars etc are closing or quiet they push some kind of trolly rattling bottles , throwing bottles into bottle bank which again disturbed our sleep . I don't normally do reviews , but felt this was a must . We wouldn't stay again even though it looks beautiful .. home now tired after very late night waiting for things to quiet down . Our location near Alicante Airport means that aircraft noise can occasionally be heard, although we understand that this does not make a disturbed night any less frustrating. We also take your comments about the noise from the glass collection and service areas seriously and will review our procedures to minimise these disturbances, especially during resting hours.Thank you again for bringing these points to our attention.   We booked a family room for one night as we arrived late into Alicante on our flight and didn’t want to drive through the night to our onward destination. The room was spacious and clean but did have a lot of fruit flies. I suspect it’s because of the atrium in the reception area- which is very beautiful but we had to kill a lot of flies before we went to bed. There was a nice amenity Kit in the bathroom and a free bottle of water which was a nice touch. I only heard a few planes through the night so maybe earplugs may be a good idea for the amenity kit.We set off first thing in the morning so didn’t have time to try the pool or restaurant but everything looked great. I didn’t see any parking so we parked on the street. I would recommend. I would like to book again for another trip of ours as Easter but the price when I have looked is triple the price I paid for this stay. Which is a shame as I will have to look elsewhere.   Nice hotel Located in industrial, no restaurants / bar nearby. Nice breakfast selection Good for airport stay. Pool is a nice area, and reception and bar staff all very friendly.
