  Not your usual all inclusive and not in a good way.

  Came here for a cycling break for 5 nights. Expecting similar to other all inclusive we have used. Unfortunately the all inclusive isn’t very inclusive. If you are used to normal food in an AI you will be disappointed , one row of trays of food of to be polite average quality, quite often cold especially breakfast where I had cold fried eggs, bacon, tinned tomatoes, lunch and dinner little better. On the last two night we’d had enough and ate out.Other non inclusive bits, anything other than basic wine, whisky beer not included, although some cocktails are, no aperol or ameretto even cheap versions, safe not included , towels for sun bed not even available to rent only to buy, no ready supply of drinking water which is only available from the bar or restaurant. On top of that with a couple of exceptions staff miserable.Of all this the food is undoubtedly the worst. Maybe if you are bed and breakfast you might find it acceptable but anything other than this I would think not.On the plus side the rooms were ok. Mattresses comfortable and rooms big.No bike storage but you can use the lifts to your room.

  Me and my husband have just returned from a 8 night stay . Wow for the price and location it was spot on all the staff very friendly and helpful. I like the idea of the room cleaning and helping the environment. ( personal preference on a daily basis) I asked for a little bit of extra support from reception one day explaining what I needed . And the lady As soon as worked out what the word I was looking for I know it in English. But not Spanish she Helped me . Room was lovely and clean and plenty of room. Drinks at bar what you would expect to pay for area etc . A lovely base lots of lovely cafes and beachs to see . And walking places ( trust me we enjoyed this ) . When it come to the food plenty of choices and well labelled . I am on medication so I can’t eat a lot so I didn’t really experience the breakfast apart from one morning but even that morning plenty of choices. This is a big postive plus I have some food allergies so I was aware of what I could have and not with everything been labelled . All the staff in restaurant went above and beyond everyday . This is far from a complaint but Judt how the food is lyed out as soon of the puddings are near where you frist go in than main meal is than gold meats and some puddings than salad bar is around the side and soup /bread byself . Maybe put all puddings together and have more like starters , main . Puddings. ( however I do understand that where the cold meats/cheeses are is also used for breakfast as well ) so that’s maybe why it’s like that .
