    Amazing hotel

    rating01 Sept 2026

I don't normally make reviews as I am extremely busy. However, I feel this is justified in this case. Victor on reception and Andrea at the restaurant especially made our stay amazing. The evening meal was exquisite and the breakfast buffet was delicious. I have stayed at this hotel more than 20 times and this time was by far the best, the room ) spotless), the food, pool and staff were spot on (fantastic). We can't wait to return! This hotel keeps getting better. Thank you port hotels, you are amazing, we also stayed in the Huerto del Curra hotel in Eleche and the port Benidorm hotel which were also very nice but this hotel made us feel like valued guest's. Thank you to the whole team for such a relaxing stay! Port Jardín Milenio, Atención al cliente/recepción at Port Jardin Milenio, responded to this review Thank you so much for taking the time out of your busy schedule to share such a heartwarming review! Having you stay with us more than 20 times is already the greatest honor, but hearing that this visit was your absolute best means the world to our entire team. We will proudly pass on your special thanks to Victor and Andrea, as well as to our housekeeping and kitchen teams. It makes us incredibly proud to know that we stood out within the Port Hotels family and made you feel like the highly valued guest you are. We are thrilled to hear that the spotless room, the exquisite food, and the pool area provided the perfect relaxing getaway. Safe travels and see you soon!

Really lovely hotel. We’ll be back!

    rating19 Aug 2026

What a wonderful few days in this lovely hotel. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. All of them were friendly and helpful. The ladies who cleaned the rooms did an amazing job daily. My daughter is autistic and the hotel is very autism aware. They said that the staff had done training and it showed. When we arrived we even received a bag with ear defenders and sensory toys. They put us in a room nearest to the pool as we requested. The pool area was spotlessly clean. The pool bar was well stocked and made delicious mojitos and sangria! I loved the palm trees which provided the shade and there were always plenty of sunbeds. The buffet breakfast was varied and plentiful. I really can’t recommend this hotel highly enough. Port Jardín Milenio, Atención al cliente/recepción at Port Jardin Milenio, responded to this review Thank you so much for such a beautiful and heartwarming review! We are absolutely thrilled to hear that you and your family had a wonderful stay. Knowing that our autism awareness training and the welcome sensory kit made your daughter feel comfortable and included means the world to us—it is exactly why we do what we do. We will proudly pass on your kind words to our housekeeping team, front desk, and pool bar staff (they will be delighted to hear you loved the mojitos and sangria!). It was an absolute pleasure hosting you, and we cannot wait to welcome you all back on your next visit!
