  Fantastic Hotel - We Can't Wait to Return!

  We stayed at Hotel RH Ifach for a week at the end of September 2026, and honestly, we couldn't fault it. Everything about our stay was excellent from start to finish.The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. We stayed in Room 1301, which had a large balcony with the most spectacular view. From our balcony we could see the pool, the salt flats, and the sea all at once. It was an incredible sight to wake up to every morning.The food was fantastic, with plenty of variety to suit everyone. Each evening there were different pizzas, pasta dishes, and a wide selection on the buffet, along with a chef's cooking station serving freshly prepared meats and fish. The desserts were equally impressive. My personal highlight was the white chocolate fountain that appeared one evening, and I absolutely loved the self-serve soft ice cream machine. I'm a big kid at heart!One thing we really appreciated was that there were always plenty of sunbeds available around the pool. There were no "sunbed wars" or people reserving beds with towels first thing in the morning, which made for a much more relaxed holiday.The location is excellent. Turn right out of the hotel and within a few minutes you're at the beach, with a lovely promenade, shops, bars, and restaurants. We never actually tried any of the local restaurants because the food at the hotel was simply too good to miss. Turn left out of the hotel and then left again, and you're at the harbour within five minutes. From there, you can catch the tourist train to the old town, which was only €5 for a return ticket.The staff were outstanding throughout our stay. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The reception team helped us find the correct bus and tram to visit Altea, which is well worth a trip, and they also arranged an early breakfast for us on our last day as we were leaving at 7:00 am. Housekeeping kept the rooms immaculate every day, while the bar and restaurant staff were always cheerful and efficient. We never had to wait long to order drinks, whether in the bar or restaurant.The hotel has a lovely relaxed atmosphere, and there was entertainment every evening, providing a great way to end the day.Overall, we had a wonderful holiday and genuinely couldn't find a fault with the hotel. We would highly recommend Hotel RH Ifach to anyone visiting Calpe, and we'll definitely be looking to return next year.

  Good hotel in an excellent location.

  The hotel is at the far end of Calpe, near the rock they call "Gibraltar".It is close to the beaches and the Salina.A promenade connects the beaches with the Rock and Calpe Town, which is about 30 minutes walk from the hotel.The hotel is distinctive in appearance and has every amenity to justify its 4* rating.The staff are friendly and helpful. Even when booking all inclusive we usually eat out a couple of times in a holiday but there was no need to do so as the buffet food was to good restaurant standard. Our room on the 14th floor had stunning views of Calpe, the Salinas, and the beach.The hotel footprint is relatively small but has adequate grounds and pool. Might get busy in high season. Just one comment: there was a surprising number of families with small school age children who should have been in school in mid September. Didn't expect that!Booked again for next year, but early in the year.

  Fabulous hotel. Staff so friendly and attentive. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and extremely clean. Loved the food, always varied and hot. Will definitely return.

  Great hotel apart from the evening entertainment

  Excellent apart from the entertainmentThis is a lovely hotel, spotlessly clean, food is excellent and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. The only thing letting this hotel down, (aside from the young lady who does the aquacise who was very good), is the evening entertainment which is dreadful. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you're not bothered about entertainment.

  Fabulous hotel, food and staff but Saga guests be warned. The spirits they serve you which they say are local are only 20% proof. You could drink a full bottle and not feel any effect. Also ice creams are included but when I asked was told sold out for Saga. Even the decent coffee at the bars have to be paid for by Saga guests so all in all not a very good experience.Definitely won’t return although there were a lot of Saga guests who return each year, perhaps they are tea total!
