  We stayed in the deluxe suite which we booked last minute as a couple. It was large enough for many more people! Two double bedrooms, two bathrooms including hot tub! Also living room with pull out sofa. Fridge stacked with drink options but do check the prices, not to bad! Downstairs the staff was all great, helpful and friendly with a nice little bar. Location was amazing and easy to find, 5 minutes walk to the bull ring where we went for the night. Beds also very comfy! Apartment spotless, very clean!

  Horrible, dangerous and expensive !

  Firstly, in the bathroom we heard a noise. It was in fact the ceiling, from which water was flowing, probably from the neighbors upstairs who were using their shower. Following this, we reported it to reception because being next to an electrical zone it could be dangerous. This lady, seeming annoyed by our request, told us that she was going to contact someone and that we should come back later. So we came back later, and Madame just told us that someone would come by tomorrow. We had booked for one night and left the next morning so the solution was not a solution! We would have preferred to have another room given cause how dangerous it was. To this same lady, we warn her that the next morning, we will leave around 7 a.m. to catch our plane. We ask her if it's ok for the check out, she tells us yes, no worries. So we ask her if it is a 24-hour reception because we seemed to have seen on the site that check out was later. She confirms that reception is 24/7 and that someone will receive us the next morning. What was our surprise to see this morning at 7am that the reception was closed. So we left the room card on the counter.. In the room we try the Jacuzzi. We feel the water from the ceiling falling on us, and the water of the jacuzzi when we put water jet was disgusting. We can ask the people who clean our room cause when we removed the bath water, the dirty was everywhere in the bath. 180€/night!!!

  We stayed at the sister hotel last week came here and booked a superior apartment with jacuzzi 2nd bedroom consisted if two camp beds so I decided to use the sofa bed I've been to doctors and being prescribed co codamal as the bedsette was even worse my holiday was ruined with pain so disappointing 2 cups and 2 wine glasses for a 6 person apartment I feel really let down as stayed in the sister this hotel was double the price .....WATCH OUT FOR THE MINI BAR WE WERE OVERCHARGED PAID 6 COKES THE MINI BAR HAD 4 IN VERY Room DE PLESAE KEEP YOUR WHITS ABOUT YOU BOOK ANOTHER HOTEL YOU WILLpay half the amount and get a decent bed seriously let down

  We had a great stay in one of the apartments of S30 Reina Victoria. The apartment was very clean, lightfull, modern. We stayed on the topfloor.Very friendly staff. Good service. It is also very well located

  Super little Apartment in Great Location

  We booked this apartment hotel because it was quite inexpensive and very central. It exceeded our expectations in every way. It was really close to the airport bus route, there was a metro station at the end of the street, the fabulous Central Market was just around the corner and it was a block away from a really good area for food and drink. The apartment was clean and smart and much bigger and better equipped than we had anticipated. The reception was staffed until after 9pm by a very helpful young lady, who was back behind the desk smiling and serving coffee and breakfast by first thing in the morning. We just stayed one night en route to our final destination, but would have stayed for longer if we had known how nice it was going to be. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this to anyone.
