Location

The hotel is located in a quiet residential area with easy access to the N332 national road. It is surrounded by all the services guests might need, such as public transport links. It is just a 15-minute drive from the tourist centre of Santa Pola and 10 minutes from the beach at Carabassi. Alicante Airport is approximately 7 km from the property.

Facility

The holiday village has a lift and features 15 apartments. The friendly staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a cloakroom, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand, a TV room, a playroom and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Further services and facilities include medical assistance, room service (for a fee), a laundry service and a hairdresser.

Rooms

Rooms feature a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure comfortable indoor temperatures. A balcony is included as standard in some rooms. Rooms have a double bed or a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. For self-catering guests, there is a well-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, tea/coffee station and oven. There is also a washing machine and an ironing set. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (for a fee) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. Bathrooms include a hairdryer and are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. Guests can also book wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms.

Sport

The pleasantly warm water of the pool complex, which includes 2 outdoor and indoor pools, guarantees comfortable swimming (for a fee). Refreshing drinks at the pool bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub offer the perfect way to unwind. Sun loungers and parasols on the terrace invite guests to relax and unwind. Those who wish to stay active while on holiday can enjoy bocce and golf. For a fee, cycling/mountain biking is also available. Water sports available at the complex include windsurfing, jet skiing, motorboat rides, paddle boating, sailing, catamaraning, snorkelling, diving, water aerobics and aquafit. For an additional fee, guests can also choose from a gym, callisthenics and aerobics. There is a wellness area with a spa, a hammam, a beauty salon, hydrotherapy treatments and anti-ageing treatments and, for an additional fee, a sauna, a steam bath and massage treatments. Activity coordinators organise an entertainment programme for adults and children.

Meals

Dining facilities include a dining room, a breakfast room, a café and a bar. A number of specialities await guests in the air-conditioned, non-smoking restaurant. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board and full board. A continental breakfast, lunch and dinner tempt guests with a wide range of dishes (lunch and dinner à la carte). Special culinary options, such as diet meals, are also available. The complex also offers special catering options.

    Disgusting and expired drinks!

    I have photos of disgusting spots on the mattress and the furniture, the elevators reeked of marijuana, your tea bottles in your snack room was expired and the breakfast was weak. Our socks were black after walking on the carpet in our room. We paid for two rooms. Our family in that room also had expired tea bottles, spits on their mattress and no shampoo or conditioner left I. Their bottles to shower with. Neither room had sheets and blankets for the pullout couch beds either. We should not have to leave our room because hospitality didn’t provide. I expect a free night with 2 rooms as a courtesy to keep me as a Choice member. Not points, free night of two rooms or I will report this to the health department. Make sure this Jotel has in their notes that when Douglas Klein books a room or rooms, to make sure our rooms are perfectly clean, we have all supplies. It would be in their best interest to put up a sign No smoking or vaping of THC products inside the building and start checking the dates on inventory.

    I was visiting family in the area and was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness of the hotel and room. My sister-in-law lost her necklace, and the staff went above and beyond to help her find it. In the end, we were successful. The staff were all very friendly, courteous, and helpful. I have no hesitation in recommending this property if you are in the area.

    I reserved the accessible king suite with roll-in shower. I was assigned an accessible king suite with bath tub. The desk clerk stated that the manager said that there was no difference in the accessible suites. There is a huge difference between a roll-in shower and a standard tub. You can put in all the grab bars you want, but that does not make taking a shower safe if you can't climb into the tub or stand to take a shower. I find such a callous attitude by management offensive. Why have the separate categories for making reservations when management disregards them when making room assignments? The deadbolt on the suite's door did not work. The manager said the hotel was old and the remodel was delayed due to increased costs due the increase in tariffs for furniture. Not an acceptable reason that a deadbolt can't be replaced. We ended up parking my mobility scooter in front of the door to bar entrance. The manager did discount the room after trying to offer 2000 membership points. I don't travel enough for points to be of any benefit. The discount was nice, but doesn't offset the fact that I couldn't shower or bath. Drove 12 hours to get to the hotel. Had another 5 hours to reach our final destination feeling grubby.

    We had a large clean room well equipped with Coffee, desk, chairs and comfy couch, they also supplied good quality toiletries. Tea and coffee was always available in the hotel lobby. Good choice of items for breakfast and staff were diligent at keeping everything topped up and hot.

    Had a clean, spacious room with king bed and a couch. The water pressure was AMAZING and I could actually wash my hair (Thick hair ladies will know what I mean). Breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly. It was quiet to sleep without all the door slamming noises like other hotels. free parking.
